The location is very good , it’s very near the bus stop. The room is very big and clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is near the Sefton park so you can walk around. The hotel staffs are very friendly, breakfast is very delicious. I will come back here again definitely.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, great amenities and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on local transport and activities. The room had recently been done up and was beautiful and I definatly look forward to another stay.

Wonderful service, very curtious and helpful staff. Excellent location next to the beautiful park, and with Lark lane nearby there's a plenty of places to eat and entertain you. The local people are equally welcoming, friendly and entertaining. And this hotel is a must visit for any Beatles fans out there!

This has to be the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It isn’t much larger than a prison cell and there is no window in the room!!! There is a hanging extension lead that has the tv and kettle plugged in. It is the only plug in the room so you have to unplug one of them to charge a device or use a computer. I am genuinely shocked at the size of the room

The hotel is at the top end of the beautiful Sefton Park. A grand Victorian Villa .The double room was spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. An en suite shower room with shaver socket. The shower was spacious if not very powerful. The breakfast was really nice , and cooked to order the scrambled eggs were perfect. Tea and coffee freely available . Staff helpful . There was a small bar near the reception. Lots of Beatles memorabilia on the walls. Location was good too. Only 25 minutes by bus to the city centre, where we went on the hop on hop off bus and Beatles tour. The city explorer reps were knowledgeable and funny. I loved listening to the Beatles song along the journey. Will definitely stay again.

Although only an overnighter, I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I travelled up from the Isle of Wight with two fairly large dogs on the train, so the dogs and me definitely needed some creature comforts after that experience. Check in was quick and simple and both dogs and me instantly felt welcome. The room and shower room were clean, bright, in good condition and very comfortable, with everything you could need and the shower worked well. The tea wasn't any old tea, it was Yorkshire Tea so in my eyes perfect. I had a wander round the area at night to pop to the local taphouse for a couple of fantastic ales, then over to the chippy for fish and chips (which I ate back outside the hotel), and the staff kindly disposed of my rubbish. I then had a drink at the hotels bar which was a very pleasurable relaxed experience with excellent staff and very pleasant guests, and then went up to bed. Due to the hotel being in such a lovely quiet area, I slept like a log waking up refreshed and ready for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast arrived quickly and was a good amount and good quality at a good price. Without doubt the Sefton Park Hotel was a real mainstay in giving the dogs and me a lovely couple of days in Liverpool with the park right opposite being of huge benefit. I think my final point here would be to commend the excellent staff as they were an absolute credit to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decent bar, good staff, nice room, Sean was sound, good lad, perfect location and good price for what it was, room was a bit tight, didn’t have all the beers in stock but they have changed that since, the park had nice swans, the fairy glen is nice too

food was outstanding there was a lady with short hair who kept coming over asking how food was numerous times I just wanted to enjoy my food and when it came to paying we had to ask numerous times for the bill other than that atmosphere was great and good value for money.
