There are no lifts I was on a wheeler so had to get help everytime needed to get in or out. The room smelt damp and saw mold on carpets near the dresser. Could not shower as bath was too high for me to get into

Fair price for a place to lay your head. Rooms are dated & do need a wee refresher. But the room had what I needed a bed bathroom kettle wifi &tv.

The smell of sweat in the bedroom and on the bed. Bathtub stinking urine.

Great location,clean comfortable and good value for money.Staff we’re very friendly helpful.Good breakfast,and free parking was a bonus.Would use again.

Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus. Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open. Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself. Hotel do not provide free concierge. A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.

Walking distance from Lime Street Station and Liverpool One bus station. A nice hotel near the Royal Albert Dock. Great water pressure in the shower. Delicious breakfast.

Everything else was okay, but the location was too far. It was raining, so I had a hard time getting to the train. It takes at least 30 minutes to walk from the train station to the accommodation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was great! It is particularly worth mentioning that there is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel, which is really convenient for travelers traveling by car. The parking lot is right below the hotel, so you don't have to walk too far, which saves you a lot of trouble. The security in the parking lot was good and made me feel reassured about the safety of my vehicle. The parking fee is also very reasonable compared to other places, and the price is high. The hotel staff are very friendly and can provide good help with parking issues. The environment of the hotel is not bad, but the lack of elevator is really a big problem. Our room was on the second floor and walking up was really tiring. I hope that adding an elevator will be considered in the future, which will be more convenient for guests. Mcdonald and KFC are right opposite the hotel, very convenient! Whether it's breakfast in the morning or a late-night snack, it can solve the problem quickly.

It feels like an American-style Motel, with convenient transportation and convenient dining nearby. However, the house is too old and the sound insulation is very poor.

The hotel is located on the seaside, very close to the Albert Dock. It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. It would be better if a desk lamp is added.

Wonderfully located close to the city. Room was spacious with amazing views of the dock, Although basic supplied hair and body wash smells cheap would be OK in a pinch. Food in the restaurant was hot and appealing, staff very attentive. Was quite considering was a Saturday night. Have basic near reception from toothbrush and toothpaste to cans of drink etc. Over all very laid back and value for money
