Overall is satisfactory, WiFi signal is not good enough and breakfast area a bit small

It was great, hotel was good and staff was also helpful! Be careful of the parking, it’s £20 for the night.

The hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Shortcomings My stay at the hotel it had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and a great way to start the day. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. While the room appeared clean overall, the linen had an unpleasant smell, which was off-putting. Furthermore, some areas seemed to be neglected in terms of cleanliness. Despite these issues, the hotel has potential, and I believe addressing these concerns would significantly improve the guest experience. I would give my stay a rating of 3 to 4 stars, as the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were notable highlights.

Hotel staff were friendly as usual, room was basic but clean and a great shower. All in all a good stay.

Everything was good. Very convenient parking, but there is parking a bit cheaper nearby, Jamaica Street Car Park for example. Breakfast till 9:30, we came late and wanted to sleep a bit longer) and there were no cheese and vegetables

Not very clean , beds were like concrete! Felt itchy all night ! Not very good at all !

Great location, friendly staff all around the hotel, room clean & bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful & enough seating even at busy times. Please make the carpark cheaper for motorbikes as they are using less space, but we were great full that it was safe. Totally recommend & would use again. Thanks 😊

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and in the end realized nothing much had been done other than bedding. We had used all our tea amenities but were never replaced so ended up buying our own tea bags. The breakfast was there and there about but the coffee machines kept going out of order so the wait times were way longer... I have had better days elsewhere for the same price

Greeted and checked in quickly by the team at reception. It was a nice bright reception. Snacks and drinks for sale at reception. Spacious room, clean and nicely equipped room. I got a room on the top, 6th floor. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and kettle are available in the bedroom. Shower had only medium water pressure and narrow spray head. Water was nice and warm. Bed and two pillows were clean and comfortable. Woken up around 6am by a humming noise from either outside or above and unable to fall back asleep. Breakfast was chaotic, no staff to guide people. Not a lot of tables for the amount of people having breakfast. Do get a table before getting food at the self service. Good was replenished quickly. Unfortunately the cutleries were not and the staff were under a bit of pressure. Not a great breakfast experience. Due to the number of people at breakfast, the queue for the lift was longer than expected. Fitness room available but I did not visit. Check out was quick. I would recommend it for people looking for a simple place to stay for a night or two.
