very clean, very good location had to run down to reception at 9pm to get late checkout as i forgot and they were lovely.

Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

The accommodation experience is good. Very convenient. Not far from the bus station.

Located in the city center, there is a shopping center next to it, and it is next to the pier. Because there are government agencies nearby, the law and order are relatively safe. Downstairs there is a Tesco express open until 11:00 p.m., which is very convenient for buying breakfast or supper. The service staff kindly gave us a view room on a high floor. Overall comfort in the room. The inconvenient part is that the hair dryer has to be borrowed from the counter in advance. The bathroom did not provide any cleaning products, and the smell of dampness for a long time needs to be improved.

Everything was good including the price. Just a couple of little boggles ……There was quite a lot of road noise so couldn’t leave the window open during the night and there needs to be plugs near to the mirror as most girls need to do their hair near a mirror !!! Will have to bring my own extension lead next time !!!

The location by the Albert Dock, a short walk from James Street Station and beside Liverpool 1 is super. We had organised upgraded rooms so were on the 9th floor which added to the experience as we could oversee the dock area, the 3 Graces and more from a height. The rooms just meet the spec for upgraded rooms as advertised. Just. Be aware that they only get cleaned if you are there for more than 6 nights! The food in the evening is truly average. Staff told us the reception staff are on a rota between cooking, the bar and reception... It is reasonable priced though. Didn't try breakfast. We would stay at this Travelodge again.

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights (1 x twin room and 1 x double room) and really enjoyed it. Breakfast offered a nice choice and was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were clean, with tea & coffee facilities etc, which you could replenish from reception. The Hotel is situated in a great spot almost opposite the Royal Albert Dock and the Pier Head attractions. We would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a few nights stay.

Great location as very central for the docks, Liverpool 1 and attractions. Comfortable bed and good sound proof windows. Breakfast was decent with a good choice of continental and cooked food. The replenishment of breakfast items was not great with us often having to ask for things to be replenished. Main issue was the shower pressure as this was awful and difficult to wash and rinse your hair as a female. A little shelf in the shower would be helpful too. Storage was pretty poor with a few coat hangers for clothes but no shelves/drawers for the rest of our clothes. There is a lack of plug sockets and again as a female it was hard to dry and straighten my hair as there was no socket beside the mirror. At breakfast one morning two females were lying on the sofa and chair sleeping and I found this pretty bad form in the restaurant area and whilst staff observed this, no one dealt with this. Not appropriate in a dining room! Bar area had no draught soft drinks or soda water.

location is great, staff are fine, but this hotel is old and dirty and in serious need of refurbishment.

Ideally situated for walking just about ever where , very near the docks, short distance into the town and Beatles quarter
