Excellent experience, great room, staff is efficient and polite. Breakfast variety is pretty high. Daily fruit given in the afternoon. Made my trip to Liuzhou so much better.

Aamazing service from the front desk and housekeeping. Front desk staff kept track of my parcels and always notifed me of their delivery promptly, additionally theyre always readily available and super efficient with resolving my issues.. There were many food options at the breakfast buffet but they don't vary much from day to day. Overall great service and environment for the price I paid.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers within walking distance. The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

When I checked in, the front desk helped me upgrade the room type without any special attention, which maximized the comfort and experience. After checking in, we found that the toiletries were not enough for us, so we went to the front desk. Mr. Liangliang kindly helped us provide the toiletries we needed. The service attitude was very friendly and he smiled throughout the whole process. He was not impatient with our requests and the service process was very thoughtful. I will stay here again next time I come to Liuzhou. At the same time, I wish Mr. Liangliang a happy work!
