Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Litang

The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated and quite nice, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the front desk staff seemed unresponsive that day and didn't tell us which building we were in. We ended up going to the wrong building and had to ask again to find it. They also didn't tell us there was an underground parking lot; initially, they told us to park across the street, but we only realized there was a parking lot after seeing people coming up from underground. When we asked the front desk, they even asked me, ”Didn't you see the big crane blocking the parking lot entrance?” In reality, the crane had already moved. Later, when we got to the parking lot, we discovered it was poorly designed, barely able to accommodate many cars, and the entrance was very difficult to find—it was to the right of a neighboring hotel, hidden behind it.
