The best hotel in Lisbon

When I booked the room, I saw reviews saying that the reception staff were unfriendly to Asians, so I hesitated for a moment. No! This is a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The place is small but clean and the bed is comfortable! The Portuguese tarts for breakfast are better than the two famous ones outside~ Unfortunately, I didn't get to redeem the welcome drink. The staff are very nice and there is a very good Asian restaurant nearby (Royal Family).

The room we were initially given was not ideal, but after communicating with Ctrip, we were given a better room. I give this room a thumbs up! I will stay in this hotel again.

There are actually blood-sucking insects in the hotel🪲 The waiters are sloppy in shifts and cannot deal with customers' problems in time. Very indifferent to Chinese tourists😒 Not recommended

The location is okay, but the 4-star standard doesn't feel right.
