The service is good. No 24 hours storage is available which is incovenient and the location can't be reached by cab totally - the cab will drop you on a 5 min walk away

Simple hotel in Bario Alta. My room was on the fourth floor, simple and clean. There are some common spaces on the 1st and 3rd floors. Staff were helpful. One great example of this is when I noticed I would arrive outside of their reception hours they provided me with the information to get into the building and my room key. Made for a smooth arrival.

It is located in bar area so it is pretty crowd at night. I have stayed here for 4 nights but unfortunately their hot water wasn’t working for 2 nights. No compensation afterwards. Staff are friendly and breakfast are nice so will still leave a decent rate. Stairs only by the way, and the top floor is 4th floor.

This is perfect hoatel!!! Clean,kind, cheap amenities are great. I really wanna stay here again!!

Fatal, check-out was at 12:00 and they said I had to leave the room at 8:00 AM because they had to do the cleaning and the staff wakes you up in a bad way The reception was very bad, there were no people to receive the guests, poor communication, the bathrooms were all dirty.

It was difficult to find the entrance, so I asked a nearby person to tell me. I was a little confused because there was no signature. It was difficult to stay on the top floor without an elevator, but the staff was friendly, the shared bathroom was clean and spacious, and the location was great. I would like to stay again next time.
