Wonderful location, right above the Negroneria bar where we had drinks every night. It's right in the heart of the nightlife, with amazing views, truly fantastic!

This accommodation was a wonderful surprise. The location is perfect, close to parking, local shops, and nightlife. It's a calm and safe area. The accommodation itself was modern and had everything needed for an overnight stay, from towels, shampoo, and shower gel to tea-making facilities (there were even crackers, jam, and various teas available). Check-in was easy, but I recommend doing the pre-check-in beforehand to speed things up (email the accommodation to ask for their specific reservation code). And finally, the view we had was also beautiful, overlooking the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge. I highly recommend it!

Difficult to check in but it’s worth it!

The property manager is very narrow minded. The check in machine was broken which definitely happened many times if you read comments. Other guests and I waited 20min and the the whole check in process took almost an hour. What’s worse, instead of apologizing, the manager asked the staff to hold the passcode until we pay the local tax which only 4 euros a day. The elevator was broken too which was not mentioned on the booking page. Be ready to carry your luggage four floors. The intended “smart” check in became very clumsy and the whole process was totally lack of welcome, friendliness and hospitality. The staff was a kind and patient young man though.

The worst experience in all my travels. I have already visited 60 countries and never had such a bad accommodation. I arrived to the address thinking that the is a frond desk or something, but the was nothing and the front door was lock, nobody sent me any information about the check in prior, and the phone number of the accommodation was not responding. I was trying to figure out what to do, meanwhile more guess arrived and had the same problem. Around 30 minutes later someone answered the phone and told us the code from the front door and the personal code for the “self-check in machine”. The elevator was out of order so we all had to go up with heavy luggage to the 3rd floor, and then the “self-check in” machine charged me 32 euro tax instead of 8 euro, that was written on Trip.com. Later through the support team of trip.com I was able to figure out that machine charged me for 4 guests staying in the room, even thought I was traveling solo. The apartment itself was ok. But overall- Terrible experience.

Good customer service and location is close to all attractions and food

Amazing location, but a lot of problems for the check in. They give me the wrong numbers and we spend two hours to get at the apartment.

The best apartment in lisbon portugal.. Looking forward to come back in lisbon and check in in this apartment again. ❤️ Cool view.. nice location and markets❤️

Overall good apartment , the elevator didn’t work which wasn’t nice given the fact that the apartment was on the 4th floor. The area is quite busy in the evening

Very comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. It also has everything you need (towels, toaster, coffee maker, soap, hairdryer, etc.). The cleaning service is a bonus. They also have lockers in the same building, but they cost more than the lockers near the apartments. The staff is very friendly and they try their best to understand your language. The location is unbeatable; the number 28 tram stop is right outside. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable and spacious, and is located next to the tram check-in station But the hotel's instructions were not clear 1. They didn't give us the hotel door code in advance 2. We have to access through trip.com (really troublesome) 3. They charged us one more person for city tax. There were only 3 of us, but they charged us 4 people. However, there was no reception.

Fantastic apartment in terms of size, location, and cleanliness. The only downside, mentioned by other users, is that while there is an elevator, it has been out of service for some time, making it quite cumbersome to carry luggage up and down to the third floor. Otherwise, a 10/10.
