Location is good. Room is nice with balcony where you can take a relaxing drink

The hotel is convenient to major attractions, the subway station and bus stop (28E) are nearby. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is quite friendly. The room has a balcony to enjoy the city view.

Nice stay. We booked the triple bed room. Unfortunately, we arrived when there was a mega blackout in Portugal and there was no electricity nor water.

The breakfast is quite good. It is easy to find Chinese restaurants.

Very bad service . No hot water came out during the shower time., only cold water. Shared this information to front desk and shown the video evidence to the receptionist but after that they told my hotel agency that nothing happened,Very bad service .

The best point about the hotel is its location, almost next to the metro station. The room is not spacious, but acceptable. The breakfast was quite decent. There are a few restaurants nearby. What is highly appreciated is that there is a small fridge in the room.

Good hotel for solo travellers From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. I especially appreciated the little details—soft bathrobes, complimentary refreshments, and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay, always ensuring it was spotless and well-organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s amenities. The swimming pool was pristine, offering a perfect spot to unwind, while the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines. The spa services were top-notch, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s restaurants also exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, catering to different dietary preferences. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs. Whether exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, I always felt at ease. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.

Room was very nice and had everything you need for a place you're really only going to sleep in. Not a huge room but bed is comfy, there's a balcony to have a drink with your partner. Generally a great room for the price. The workers were very kind, gave us a map with tips and places to go to to get the best from Lisbon. Breakfast was ok but can get you very full, eggs, mini pancakes and sausages which are good enough to start the day.

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. The staff provided outstanding service, taking the time during check-in to explain the city’s attractions and the best ways to explore them. They also used a printed map to guide guests on the most convenient routes to reach the hotel from various parts of the city.

It is not like a hotel but definitely worth to stay here. The place is not at old town.
