An amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. The relaxing atmosphere was perfect after a busy day exploring. Can’t thank the staff enough for their excellent service! The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Charming hotel in the hart of alfama.

This hotel should not be rated as 5 stars. Ctrip is definitely misleading! ! ! Almost 3 stars for grade and 4 stars for service. There are no stars for this hotel on ***********. It can only be regarded as a boutique hotel. The room is indeed quite large and beautifully decorated, full of palace style. However, the main entrance of the hotel is on a hillside. You need to walk up the steps and pass by a row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel. You have to take the stairs. There are only about 6 or 7 suites in the entire hotel. It is very small and does not have facilities such as gym and swimming pool. The service is very good. The waiter will help carry your luggage to your room. Breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one for each person. It includes freshly squeezed juice of the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt. It is quite exquisite. , you can refill if you don’t have enough, but it’s not like a big hotel buffet. In general, it is not up to 5-star standards. If you are looking forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, you must not choose this hotel. If you want to experience a palace-style room, you can choose it.
