Hotel Lisboa Reviews

The front desk of this hotel is very small, similar to that of a three-star hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff was quite indifferent, and we didn't feel any warmth at all. It seemed as if our arrival had added to their workload. They assigned us a room for disabled guests on the first floor and told us the hotel was fully booked, but that we could possibly change rooms the next day depending on availability. Perhaps they felt guilty, knowing that the room they gave us wasn't great. The most uncomfortable part was that the bed was small, and the mattress was of poor quality, making it hard to sleep well. The cups didn't seem very clean either, and the worst part was that the two thin blankets directly caused us to catch a cold. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well. The bathroom in the disabled room was not designed with a wet-dry separation, so the entire bathroom got wet when the shower was turned on. Moreover, there were no anti-slip measures at all! It was terrible, and we definitely won't be coming back! （Photos are he normal room on the next day).

Super location. Nice executive room. Aircon very effective.  Breakfast ok, not outstanding. Stay again? Yeah probably at the right price.

I booked the best room with terrace and they said 40 m2 but it’s just 22-25m2 and terrace m2 is also included in this which is never heard , I got bed bugs every where in on both hands and chest which even a 2 star cannot get , before arrival I confirmed about gym but no equipment worked and it’s without windows and no aircon so absolutely not possible To use , it’s terrible  If it was USA people would have sue them for losses of this bed bugs

Very convenient location. Near Charmatin Train station, opposite metro station and bus station. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room & comfortable bed.

I won't evaluate the hôtel because unfortunately i couldn't use their services as my flight was canceled by easyJet and i couldn't come anymore....BUT i warn the hôtel as soon as i was aware of this cancellation and even though i understand their policy with not refunding, neither them, neither trip did nothing to try to solve this, considering that it's Independent of my will, they could have been more understanding and they could have free the room for someone else. Sorry but this stupid décision worthes that bad comment regarding your hôtel. Thanks for your understanding ☺️ ...this time !

The hotel is near shopping street with 2 supermarket. Breakfast is very good. Enjoy the stay..

Hotel Lisboa knows what it means to provide an exceptional experience. The room was located on the top floor and had a huge terrace with two sunbeds and chair and table. You could enjoy the view of Lisbon. The room is perfectly equipped with a coffee machine, TV, sofa, chairs, safety locker, huge wardrobe, hairdryer, tub and excellent quality of cosmetics. Breakfast is mixed Portuguese and international, each day different things so you don't get annoyed. Delicious. The staff is super kind and available. I'm sure I'll be back there and recommend this place to my friends.

I had such a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet in the mornings was so plentiful. Everyday some of the breakfast offerings changed which was nice knowing there was variety each morning. The location was amazing and so central to all attractions and shops that you could walk everywhere within minutes. You were never more than a 30mins walk away from anything you needed and as a female solo traveller I never felt unsafe at all being in this location. Even at 10pm at night the location was busy with traffic and people. If you want to take the metro, the closest metro stn is a 5min walk away. The bedroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with toiletries included. Only negative was that the gym is super small and only has cardio machines only and no weights but that's really a minor thing to point out. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends who are visiting Lisbon.

The location’s nice. The room’s clean. The staffs are helpful and prompt to serve when requested anything. By the way, we booked the room with 2 single beds with Trip.Com but the hotel got our booking as 1 double bed - it became uncomfortable by the error of Trip.Com as the hotel was fully booked and wasted time and money to contact Trip.Com for solving this problem. Anyway, Trip.Com assistant “Evan” managed to refund money for extra bed into my account at the end. It’s my first time for bad experience with Trip.Com on hotel booking issues. But nothing to complain about The Hotel Lisboa.

It’s pretty cool here, the location is exactly at the city centre of the city. You can get food/drink from nearby, dun worry if you need help, the hotel run 24/7.

Hotel Lisboa is fantastic! It actually exceeded my expectations 😊 The hospitality, from the reception to the breakfast is just beautiful. I really loved it and I must surely spend my other vacation in this wonderful hotel. I was so amazed of how quick the finished food was replaced during breakfast. Hotel Lisboa is second to none ❤️

Very nice hotel,friendly staff,good breakfast with plenty of choice.its about 15 _20 min walk into the centre but uber for €5.
