For that reason, our standard cleaning policy includes a weekly service for stays of 7 nights or more. This approach is clearly communicated across all our booking platforms, but we’re truly sorry it didn’t align with your expectations. We understand that it can feel unusual compared to more traditional hotel services, and we’ll continue doing our best to ensure it’s as clear and accessible as possible.For shorter stays, we do offer fresh towels, amenities, and even additional cleaning upon request—our team is always available to help with those needs at any time during your visit.We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool area. During peak summer months, loungers can get reserved early and we understand how frustrating that can be.
