Before checking out this morning, I called the front desk to confirm that there were still available rooms. They told me to go downstairs to the front desk to extend my stay. When I got there, a man who seemed to be the manager came over and said they were fully booked. I told them I had just called to confirm that someone was available for me to come down, and that any other room type would be fine. The man said they were sold out. I then went back upstairs to pack my suitcase and went downstairs to wait for the bus. While I was waiting in the lobby, the front desk clerk answered the phone and asked if there were any rooms available. They said there was one on the 5th floor that they could help me change to... I went over and asked, ”Why did I say there were no rooms?” The receptionist hesitated and said it was booked in advance. I'm really impressed. If you want a price increase, just tell me.

Very near to train station, and some 20mins distance to some tourist spots. The receptionist is very good to change our room due to AC is down on a previous night. Walking distance to some local eateries and super market. The breakfast is really good with various of choices. They even provide free umbrellas and self service laundry.

The family room is large and consists of two rooms, inside and outside. Watching the European Cup finals in the middle of the night will not affect the children's rest. There is free parking, the service is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but I booked it through Ctrip and said it included two breakfasts, but the hotel's system showed it was not included. Although the hotel front desk later approved it, I hope that the system of both the platform and the hotel will be set up in the future, and we will not go to the hotel to negotiate again.
