Very nice hotel , helpful staffs , lovely breakfast with Europe and Chinese cuisine from 07:00 AM till 10:30 AM . Beach in 1 min walk and many different pools for different ages. Best for family stay , everything was clean and nice . Recommend you guys !!!

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

We arrived at the hotel at noon. The housekeeper Chloris Yao Xiaolin helped us check in in a timely manner. After checking in, because my lighter was confiscated on the plane, Yao Xiaolin sent matches and razors, as well as coconuts and fruits, and helped to make an appointment for the photo shoot. My wife was very satisfied with the hotel's photo shoot and gave 5 negatives for free. Because the photos were so good, we finally ordered 60 photos as a souvenir. The sand on the beach was really super soft and very comfortable to step on. Clear Water Bay really surprised me. The hotel breakfast was very rich and extended to 11 o'clock. There was no need to worry about not being able to get up in the morning. There was a night market a few hundred meters around the hotel, many snack fruit stalls, and many Northeastern restaurants and seafood restaurants. I gained a lot of weight in the past few days. When I left after staying for two days, I couldn't fit a lot of things. Yao Xiaolin helped me get paper bags. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I give the hotel a 5-star rating. This time, the experience of staying at the Westin Lingshui Hotel was impeccable! The hotel is located by the sea, with beautiful sea views and private beaches. Watching the sunrise on the balcony in the morning and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night is simply a luxury. The room design is modern and comfortable, with all the facilities, especially the Westin's iconic Heavenly Bed, which made me sleep very well every night. Special thanks to the service assistant Ryan, his meticulous service, his enthusiasm and professionalism have elevated the entire stay experience to a higher level!

The hotel lobby looks very grand and magnificent just as it is seen on the Internet. The hotel has its own coastline, and the sand is very fine and comfortable to step on. If there are no mosquitoes to disturb me, I feel that I can stay here until midnight. Sitting on the beach and drinking at night is also a kind of enjoyment. It's a pity that I don't have a drinking companion, which is a bit regrettable. The room is cleaned very cleanly, and the bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath and relieve stress, relieving fatigue from running on the road. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast, which makes me, a person with difficulty in making choices, a little confused. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet them when they see them.
