Very nice hotel, good location. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel service was very poor, they weren't very friendly to us when we checked in and weren't very helpful as well. The room itself is big, but the carpets were still quite dirty when we arrived. The worst was the bathroom, few stains in the shower area and didn't feel very clean. The towels even had some holes in them. The location is good, very central.

It was that I booked the smoke free room, but can still smell it throughout the night. I could not sleep well. Otherwise it was good.

Really convenient to malls and airport. Hotel staffs are really nice and helpful.

Room a little dated but comfortable enough. Breakfast okay, typical hotel food. Didn't try the baijiu available at check in though. Haha.

Good hotel, friendly staff and close to the city center

Hotel is near the Drum Tower. Hotel staff is super helpful. Room is relatively large and clean . The only negative is that guests are allowed to smoke within the hotel. Even though the room is a non smoking room and has an air purifier, my sensitive nose can pick up faint smell of smoke drifting in from the corridor.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. The enthusiastic service provided by the employees makes people feel even more warm. The hotel also offers a variety of buffet breakfasts and various leisure facilities, which makes me feel more relaxed.

hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Mr. driver who take extra miles to help me secure bus ticket and introduce LinFen to me. Excellent breakfast. Resturant food and service is also good. hotel overall clean and pleasant although a bit old and need more up keeping

I'm satisfied

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The only small drawback is that the shower floor drains very slowly and easily overflows. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, especially some freshly cooked food. Although there is no coffee in the drinks, there is a vending machine for freshly brewed coffee in the lobby, which is nice. The hotel is located near the Drum Tower. The alley opposite the main gate is the Drum Tower East Street, which is lined with businesses and has convenient transportation. There are also many restaurants with local characteristics in the surrounding streets and alleys, such as Fushan Shaomai Restaurant, to choose from.
