A very satisfying experience. From before check-in to the end, the housekeeper communicated very carefully throughout the whole process. If you encounter any problems, just contact the housekeeper and it's done. A friend who was traveling with me had a fever due to altitude sickness. The housekeeper provided a thermometer and the nearest clinic nearby. The B&B is in the ancient town but it is very quiet and suitable for rest. The room is no different from the picture, and it is even bigger than the picture. It is super warm with floor heating and air conditioning. The other staff of the B&B are also very enthusiastic and will invite you to drink tea, chat and play billiards. There are also two Alaskans, which are very cute.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! We also want to thank Morna who ensured a fast and smooth checkout. Indigo is not just a lovely place to stay; the dedicated team makes it an exceptional experience. We would gladly return!

The most correct decision for this trip to Lijiang was to choose this homestay! First of all, the location is excellent. The room overlooks the entire panoramic view of the ancient city of Lijiang. The scenery in the morning and at night is breathtaking. When you open the window, you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, as if it is within reach. This visual enjoyment is simply unparalleled. The service of the homestay is also very considerate. The boss is very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of travel suggestions, which made us feel the warmth of home. The most surprising thing is the open-air Internet celebrity balcony on the third floor! This is definitely a great place to take pictures and check in. Whether it is day or night, a casual shot is a blockbuster. Sitting on the balcony, drinking tea, looking at the snow-capped mountains and the ancient city in the distance, time seems to have stopped. The decoration style of the room is also very distinctive, combining modern and traditional elements, comfortable and warm. The bedding is very clean and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night. In short, this is a very perfect accommodation experience, and it is highly recommended to all friends who come to Lijiang! Next time I come to Lijiang, I will definitely choose here again!

We had a very disappointing experience at Pullman Lijiang, which makes us think less of the brand and it’s positioning. I don’t recommend this hotel but to be objective here are some things I liked and didn’t like about the hotel. What I liked: - The location was good. - Well-designed spacious rooms. - Interesting architecture and good view of the mountains. What I didn’t like: - The wifi was not working, it was designed for locals and the registration system with WeChat and SMS did not support foreigners. I brought up this issue multiple times with the staff, the issue was passed from one person to next and eventually was not resolved and was quickly forgotten. - The hotel served cheap Lipton tea which was a big surprise given that Yunnan is a land of tea and has so much more to offer. - The toilet door is not designed well, there is no proper ventilation and sometimes the door closes and you need to push really hard to open, not very safe if the glass breaks. - The service was poor, we stayed in many different hotels while travelling in the Yunnan region and this hotel lacks hospitality, the staff is indifferent and don’t even try. - Hot spring is only available for the highest categories, this was not clearly stated when booking. - Overall I don’t recommend this hotel, it looks good but the service and experience was lacking. There are plenty of other and better options for you to choose from in Lijiang.

Travelled with my family and the hotel was beautiful! The overall hotel environment is tranquil and quiet, away from the bustle of the main ancient town yet still conveniently located to get around. Breakfast restaurant had a great view of the morning light shining on the mountain. Rooms despite showing slight signs of age were well maintained, stylish and comfortable. Stayed at 2 different rooms during my stay and the second had poor water pressure for the shower. However, upon feedback, the staff were able to quickly fix the problem which showed their professionalism and high service standards. Overall, a comfortable and great stay for families and would definitely consider it value for money given Hyatt’s 5* standards!

This trip was mainly to bring children to experience the plateau scenery and Yunnan specialties. The hotel is very close to the popular Rizhao Jinshan check-in point. Friends who like to take pictures of the starry sky and snow-capped mountains can arrive in a few minutes. Secondly, the hotel has complete infrastructure and the room environment is very clean. The stargazing activities and fire-cooking activities provided by the hotel are very interesting, and the children like them very much. Finally, the hotel service is very considerate and thoughtful. It was winter this time, and it was still very cold under the Yulong Snow. The staff sent Tremella soup at night. After we finished shooting the starry sky at night, the hotel battery car driver took the trouble to pick us up at more than eleven o'clock. In short, this hotel is a very good choice. I recommend friends who come to Lijiang to choose this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Tree Lijiang for one night, and it was by far the highlight of our entire trip to Yunnan. We booked the Pool Villa with views overlooking the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered complete privacy and tranquility. The design combined traditional Naxi culture with modern comforts, creating a perfect balance of luxury and authenticity. The private pool was a lovely touch, offering a serene escape with breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks in the distance. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service, particularly from our butler, Abby. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From providing insightful recommendations about local activities and city highlights to helping us plan our itinerary, Abby was incredibly attentive and professional. Her thoughtful touches made us feel like we were the only guests at the property, and we greatly appreciated her efforts in making our stay memorable. The entire resort is an oasis of calm, and we enjoyed exploring the beautifully landscaped grounds and the exceptional dining options. Banyan Tree Lijiang stands out as the best hotel we stayed at during our travels in Yunnan, thanks to the perfect combination of luxury, service, and setting. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay with unparalleled views, personalized service, and a tranquil atmosphere, Banyan Tree Lijiang is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anyin Private Courtyard. The heritage courtyard style architecture blends perfectly with the Lijiang Ancient Town setting, which was what we dearly wanted to experience. It has touches that makes the experience warm, and unforgettable. yet the hotel room was more than comfortable, and had all the modern amenities of a multiple star hotel. The location close to the main throughfare made access very convenient. But most of all, the service of the staff, especially that of young Xiao Fu was commendable. He fetched our luggage from the Didi taxi when we arrive at the entrance of the Ancient Town, gave us detailed map and listed recommendations for various food which was the highlight of our stay. Finally, one little highlight was the hot bowl of refreshing herbal soup that Xiao Fu would serve us as a night cap after our night out on the town. I would return to Anyin again to rekindle memories

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed so far. We were initially planning to stay for only one night but we ended up staying for three days. We got a room upgrade and we got to keep the room until the last day. ;) The room itself exceeds my expectation. I have never seen a hotel with complete complimentary from snacks to sanitary napkin that get restocked everyday. The room also has an oil diffuser and Dyson hairdryer! Everything about the place looks expensive and picturesque. The lake and mountain view from my room and the entire hotel was to die for. Food is good and affordable though I wish they had more options for breakfast and lunch. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They helped us book cars to our destinations and patiently answer all questions about nucleic acid test and everything. I will definitely come back!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with ticket arrangements for Yu Long Snow Mountain and providing insightful recommendations for exploring other attractions. They even go the extra mile by helping with luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and stunning views. It's an experience you won't want to miss!
