The housekeeper used a tricycle to carry the luggage, and his attitude was very polite. We also sent flower cakes while waiting to check in. Grandma Wen's food was also very suitable for our appetite. The room heating was very comfortable! The cleaning aunt needs to be strengthened. We have placed the used cups next to the wash basin, and the aunt did not clean them. The day before check-out, we went to the front desk to inform that we would need a tricycle to send the luggage out at 7:30 tomorrow morning. The gentleman at the front desk asked us to contact the housekeeper ourselves. We told him whether we could help contact him since we did not have a Chinese mobile phone number. He said I would make a note for you, and then pointed to the contact number and said you should contact the housekeeper yourself😅Finally, we asked our driver to contact the housekeeper.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! We also want to thank Morna who ensured a fast and smooth checkout. Indigo is not just a lovely place to stay; the dedicated team makes it an exceptional experience. We would gladly return!

During our few days in Lijiang, we were deeply impressed by Baima Light Luxury View B&B*. First of all, the location of the B&B is very good. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town of Lijiang, but not close to the main street. It is very quiet and suitable for relaxing. The viewing terrace of the B&B is the biggest highlight. Sitting on the terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Yulong Snow Mountain, especially in the evening, when the sunset shines on the snow-capped mountains, which is breathtaking.

The hotel is not situated in the downtown. It’s good when you want to be relaxed in the calm. Nice view seeing the Yulong Snow mountain from the hotel.

Travelled with my family and the hotel was beautiful! The overall hotel environment is tranquil and quiet, away from the bustle of the main ancient town yet still conveniently located to get around. Breakfast restaurant had a great view of the morning light shining on the mountain. Rooms despite showing slight signs of age were well maintained, stylish and comfortable. Stayed at 2 different rooms during my stay and the second had poor water pressure for the shower. However, upon feedback, the staff were able to quickly fix the problem which showed their professionalism and high service standards. Overall, a comfortable and great stay for families and would definitely consider it value for money given Hyatt’s 5* standards!

Facilities: In November, the temperature difference between day and night in Lijiang is large. Fortunately, the hotel room has floor heating and air conditioning, so we all slept very warmly at night, and there is also a large bathtub. After a day of playing, take a hot bath and fall asleep comfortably. Environment: The hotel is at the foot of the mountain, the environment is very good, and it is very quiet. You can directly see the Rizhao Jinshan in the hotel restaurant. If you want to see a more complete Rizhao Jinshan, just drive to the opposite side of the hotel. It is very close, just across the road. Service: The service is nothing to say. When we checked in, we upgraded the room for free because there was no elevator. We also helped us carry our luggage during check-in and check-out. Intimate butler service: We are really satisfied with this service. Every employee of the hotel is very good and responsive! I want to especially praise the hotel's catering. The set meal provided by the hotel restaurant is so delicious! So much so that we had dinner in the hotel for the two nights we stayed, and there was meat sauce for breakfast rice noodles! It was so delicious. Before leaving, I asked the chef for the meat sauce recipe. The chef brother was not stingy at all. He told me all the ingredients and recipes needed for the meat sauce. I immediately copied it when I got home! In short, I recommend everyone to stay here, it's definitely worth it.

The resort is nicely built and designed. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The breakfast was great wide range of foods, Chinese and western. Fruits were aplenty, complimentary bottled waters are replenished daily. Beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft to my liking. The room itself is a bit dated, front door is not properly aligned and closing it need to push harder. The cleaning person were not thorough enough, while the black marbled floor is clean, the carpet could not be said so as there were stains and foods stuff sticking to the carpet from previous customers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anyin Private Courtyard. The heritage courtyard style architecture blends perfectly with the Lijiang Ancient Town setting, which was what we dearly wanted to experience. It has touches that makes the experience warm, and unforgettable. yet the hotel room was more than comfortable, and had all the modern amenities of a multiple star hotel. The location close to the main throughfare made access very convenient. But most of all, the service of the staff, especially that of young Xiao Fu was commendable. He fetched our luggage from the Didi taxi when we arrive at the entrance of the Ancient Town, gave us detailed map and listed recommendations for various food which was the highlight of our stay. Finally, one little highlight was the hot bowl of refreshing herbal soup that Xiao Fu would serve us as a night cap after our night out on the town. I would return to Anyin again to rekindle memories

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed so far. We were initially planning to stay for only one night but we ended up staying for three days. We got a room upgrade and we got to keep the room until the last day. ;) The room itself exceeds my expectation. I have never seen a hotel with complete complimentary from snacks to sanitary napkin that get restocked everyday. The room also has an oil diffuser and Dyson hairdryer! Everything about the place looks expensive and picturesque. The lake and mountain view from my room and the entire hotel was to die for. Food is good and affordable though I wish they had more options for breakfast and lunch. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. They helped us book cars to our destinations and patiently answer all questions about nucleic acid test and everything. I will definitely come back!

This hotel offers better service than any other five-star hotel. The staff is all friendly, and I can feel the lady in particular really being sincere about the guest, and she does everything first before I ask. She recognized the tour packages for me, who is not good at Chinese, and solved all the conveniences. Plus, she invited me to their dinner for me, who is traveling alone during the holidays.
