Hotel was located in Lijiang Oldtown which make us easy access to old town. Before arriving, hotel provide us complimentary pickup service from railway station. Once arrived, staff and owner offered us with nice hot pu’er tea. They are very welcoming. Owner also let us upgrade our room for free. Room very cozy and comfortable to rest after whole day travelling and walking. Recommended hotel to stay.

The room we booked was spacious and clean, we were able to fit 3 large size suitcases and 1 cabin suitcase. The bathroom is also clean, toilet equipped with bidet, large mirror to do your makeup, and most importantly bright lighting. The accomodation is right by the center of Lijiang Ancient Town, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very enthusiastic and kept offering us teas and flower cakes to enjoy, he even helped us with our trip to the snow mountain which include transportation, tickets, etc. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation as they not only provide what we need, their service is also very good (since we stayed for 3 nights they even offered us luggage pick up services for free). The accommodation dog, Xiaomi is very cute and chill with us petting it.

This hotel is very valuable start from welcome drink tea and conversation with reception in different languages not understand each other but works. Room very clean and very high technology big screen TV auto window curtain and auto toilet using. We were greet by staff or owner every time we meet. Offer to help for traveling. We are very appreciate and impress their service will recommend this hotel to all friend in Thailand.

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The owner greeted us with a warm smile and invited us to sit down for tea before even checking in. We sat together in the cozy courtyard, sipping fragrant tea while he shared stories about the area and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do in the ancient city. It was such a personal and memorable way to begin our stay. Another thoughtful touch was the free three-wheel bicycle service the owner arranged to help with our luggage. Navigating the narrow alleys of the old town with heavy bags would have been difficult, so this small but generous service made a big difference. The hotel itself was just as impressive. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of local charm, with traditional touches that really added to the atmosphere. Waking up in the heart of the ancient city and stepping straight into the bustling, historic streets was an unforgettable experience. The combination of the perfect location, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made my stay here truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

Good place to stay, stuffs treated us nicely and very friendly. U can ask them anything u want they are very welcome to tell u. (Also xiami is so cute🥰)

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was good, the toilet was smart, the bathroom was well equipped. The wifi worked without any problems. But I would like to thank the hotel owner the most. He was very kind, he taught us how to drink tea. The tea we drank with him was delicious. He helped us with our luggage and arranged a car for us. He also arranged a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain for us. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel was definitely worth every penny spent. Its located in the heart of the ancient city, about 300m walk away from the north gate of the ancient city. Its location made exploring the ancient city a lot easier for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, something that we needed for a good night rest. It was also equipped with Xiaodu (AI) voice command that could help you turn on or off the lights, operating the curtains, setting different scenes and setting alarm - something that we didnt expect to come with rooms with this price range. The bathroom came with wet and dry area separated. And the toilet seat was heated, best thing to sit on in a cold weather. The staffs were very friendly too, constantly checking if they had met our expectations and proactively asked for anything that they can help with. They also helped recommend the good driver with good price that sent us to Shangri-La. For this price point, we think the hotel had exceeded our expectations and hence had been one of our favourite hotels that we have stayed before.

We had a great stay- the room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the package included breakfasts that were cooked by a friendly auntie. Although it's located in the Lijiang old town, it's very quiet, with occasional noises from the distance around 9-10pm, but not loud enough to bother us. The staff arranged pick up service for us, so we didn't need to worry about dragging our suitcases on the cobblestone streets. On the arrival day we were also greeted with tea and the famous rose-flavour pastries. Would definitely stay again!

Host is super nice. Very attentive. Strategic location as the hotel is in the middle of ancient town, quite a walk from the main street but no worry they will arrange someone to carry all your luggages. Also very helpful host as we asked to find a local agent to go to TLG, quite late in the hour but she still find a way to help us. Room is spacious & comfortable. Had a very nice stay here. As soon as we reached the stay, they helped us check in smoothly, and invited us to sit down for some tea. We spent time chatting together, and they generously shared local tips and recommendations for things to do around Lijiang. It was a warm and relaxing way to start our trip. On the day we left, they even arranged a vehicle to help us transport our luggage out of the Old Town. Since the cobblestone roads can be quite bumpy and hard to navigate with suitcases, this small but considerate gesture really made a big difference. What truly made this stay special was the personal close-up interaction. One of the owners took the time to bring me out for a nighttime walk around the town. It was a chance to really experience the local culture through their eyes. From exploring the beautiful, lantern-lit streets to learning about the traditions and history of the area, it felt like a genuine cultural exchange rather than just another tourist activity. We explored hidden corners, talked about local traditions, and shared stories late into the night. That evening meant so much to me, and it's a memory I’ll always carry with me. This was more than just a place to stay, it was an experience that left me with lasting memories. The warmth, hospitality, the atmosphere, and the deep connection to the local culture made it one of the most meaningful stays I have ever had. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lijiang. You won’t just find a great place to rest, you’ll also meet amazing people who truly care and are proud to share their culture with you.

This is a wonderful option in the Old Town. Rooms are built around a quiet courtyard and are very modern and super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay, owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Surrounding of the hotel was just great, in the heard of Ancient Town, but in one of the side streets so we could enjoy silence at night.
