Great accommodation with excellent service. The hotel manager was very kind and provided a lot of suggestions about food, places to visit. She made us feel at home rightaway. We met nice people and had a lot of fun together.

We enjoyed our stay at Duo He. It is within Shu He Ancient Town and we like the peaceful vibe of the surroundings. They offered luggage trolley service as usual car cannot enter the town. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the owner of the place took care our needs well.

Location was great and there were a lot of nice tea stores ard the hotel. However our experience at the hotel was not the most pleasant due to : 1. lack of response from hotel online 2. Our shower is small and is missing a glass door hence the toilet will get pretty wet when showering 3. Towels provided smell fishy 4. Privacy of room may not be the best as the room we stayed was just beside the kitchen, staff changing room and the main road. You can literally exit the hotel through your window. 5. We found a potential pinhole camera that was in the router looking box, facing the bed. We were not sure if it’s indeed a camera but do not want to take the chance to leave it as it is so we covered the box with a bag.

We were afraid that it would be a safety hazard and the parts would not match well, so we removed the door first. 3. They can only be opened a few centimeters away and no one can pass through. 5. That black box is a cable TV set-top box, not a pinhole camera. Have you tried using a UV searchlight? Staid 2 night. Rainy days and very cozy and spacious place with easy access to other place. Well interior all around the hotel. We very enjoyed and wanna stay again for next time :)

Booking this hotel was the biggest surprise in Lijiang. The homestay is in Shuhe Ancient Town. It is very quiet but not remote. It is also very pleasant to stroll around Shuhe Ancient Town at night. I like the courtyard of this hotel very much. The small courtyard is decorated in a unique way. The rooms are scattered and you can see the snow-capped mountains when you open the door. The room is simple and clean, and it is very reassuring to live in. The front desk lobby is also a good place to relax. The front desk guy is simple and shy, and the service is very enthusiastic; the young master golden retriever and a Maine Coon cat are playing in the lobby; the breakfast is simple but tastes great, and it is also a pleasure to eat breakfast while watching the scenery. I give a thumbs up to the owner of the B&B! ! The pick-up and drop-off service is included at the entrance of the ancient town. We left our power bank in the house and the owner sent it to the southeast gate for us. 🥹🥹🥹When we return to the B&B, what you see is what you get!
