This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are not far away. The marina is walking distance. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high.

We have had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Swansea City Centre. Staff are friendly and happy to help. A pleasant room, tidy and clean, with all the amenities you need, including a charger port either side of the bed. We decided to have dinner and found they had a nice bar restaurant. We were lucky enough to have missed the rush hour and had a very relaxed dinner, served and cooked for us by the lovely Jamie, who was very polite and helpful.

I can't fault ANYONE at Premier Inn, Swansea. They are fantastic! No problems are any issue! The rooms are spacious and elegantly fitted. They are well sound-proofed meaning you can sleep without hearing an annoying kid running past your room!

Staff were very accommodating and added 3rd bed for my 3rd child, held our bags for us securely before check in and were very helpful with local knowledge. Hotel was very quiet and carpark was next door. We didn’t get to eat there but will definitely stay again. Hotel is close to the main town centre and across the road from the winter wonderland.

Quiet, comfy rooms. Classic Premier Inn super comfy beds. Incredible bargain for £32. Knocked a star off for an inedible breakfast. Truly horrendous, rubbery eggs, weird vegan bacon, tasteless tomatoes, burnt hash browns and pale (I assume tinned) watery mushrooms. Long wait for it too as the buffet wasn't on.

Great hotel in the city centre with a parking just next door. Everything is easy reachable. Nice, clean and spaceouse room, friendly staff. Booked by trip.com and everything went well. Now I have to full this box to get 200 letters, so I will go

Great location in the centre of the action. Rooms are basic but the beds are super comfortable and it’s all very clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional and helpful. Great place to stay for a reasonable price!!
