She even adjusted our room's equipment and prepared oxygen facilities in advance, tailored to our situation, to help prevent altitude sickness. By pre-arranging every check-in detail, she ensured we felt completely reassured and cared for even before we arrived. Upon arrival and during our stay, Dekyi's service continued to be meticulous and attentive in every detail. She was gentle and sincere in her demeanor, yet efficient and reliable in her actions, patiently following up on our experience throughout. She regularly checked on our well-being and meticulously answered all our questions about sightseeing and dining. Whenever we had a request, she was always there to respond immediately and resolve it efficiently and properly. Her service was just right—never intrusive, yet always comprehensive, balancing professionalism with warmth. In the unfamiliar high-altitude environment, Dekyi, with her twelve years of dedication and passion, provided care that felt like family. There was no perfunctory, by-the-book service, only genuine effort. Every single detail showcased the professional caliber of a high-end butler. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel. The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible. After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

But Atour's laundry room is professional and clean. You can achieve the freedom of washing and drying clothes every day. You can also entrust all to the front desk. Every day when I return to the hotel, I get clean and fresh clothes. It's so happy The only thing that is a little shortcoming is that the room is not big. But in this area of ​​Lhasa, at this price. This area is acceptable

This meant that when the robot delivered our takeaway to the door, we had no idea it was there. We had to go back and forth several times just to get our food.
