I booked this hotel specifically for the view of Potala Palace. Even though I booked a month in advance, the price was still quite high. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. The front desk staff was very diligent; our flight was delayed by three hours, and we didn't arrive until after midnight. Despite that, he patiently helped us with check-in, escorted us to our room, and explained how to use the oxygen machine and humidifier. He also provided slippers and toothbrushes. My only minor regret is that the sun wasn't out when I woke up in the morning.

This was my first time in Lhasa with three elderly family members. The hotel's facilities were quite complete, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. The service was warm and friendly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, the staff at the entrance proactively helped us with our luggage. Yesterday, one of the seniors experienced some altitude sickness, and when we returned to the hotel, the front desk attendant kindly provided an oxygen tank, which effectively alleviated their symptoms. I was so busy looking after them that I forgot to take any pictures of the hotel.

This Lhasa trip led me to an incredibly pleasant surprise: a hidden gem of a Tibetan-style hotel. It was a perfect, flawless experience! The moment I walked in, I was enveloped by a rich, authentic ******* atmosphere. Exquisite handcrafted ******* doors and windows, alongside handmade wool ******* rugs, complemented by the soothing aroma of ******* incense, created an elegant and solemn space brimming with ethnic beauty. The lobby was clean and refined, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine, offering a truly immersive experience of snowland ******* culture. The entire room was equipped with an oxygen concentrator, so there was absolutely no need to worry about altitude sickness upon arriving at the plateau, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the bathroom was clean and odor-free, and the 24-hour hot water supply was stable and ample. A humidifier and comprehensive toiletries were all provided. This hotel perfectly blends traditional ******* elegance with modern, high-end comfort, balancing both aesthetics and practicality.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Lhasa was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. I really must share this with anyone planning a visit to Lhasa.
The hotel's location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the city center. You can walk to Barkhor Street in just a few minutes. A short walk to the left takes you to the Potala Palace, and to the right, you'll quickly reach Jokhang Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you want to go for morning prayers or explore during the day. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and authentic ******* restaurants, so you don't have to go far for snacks, local specialties, or a quick meal. You won't need to stress about planning your routes, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Lhasa.
The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, with a strong, minimalist ******* aesthetic. There's no noise or commotion. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and come equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable.
The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness.
Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is very close to Barkhor Street and Potala Palace, both within walking distance, making its location absolutely superb! The hotel elevator goes directly to the 6th floor, where there's a popular cafe that's perfect for photos.
Atour is a chain, so it's very clean and well-equipped with a light luxury feel. The Dyson hairdryer, high-quality pajamas, Peet's coffee, and a coffee machine are all highlights. Most importantly, the hotel also offers a video shoot of the 'dryland scallion pulling' experience, a welcome gift, and afternoon tea/coffee!
There's also a butler service; you can just WeChat them if you need anything. Truly excellent! 👍🏻

Right next to the Great Mosque of Tibet, it's a very typical Tibetan-style building. Step out 50 meters, and in the evening, there's a great Muslim night market with amazing grilled meat. Although the rooms aren't brand new, they have oxygen concentrators, hot water, and air conditioning – everything you need. If I come back to Tibet, I'll definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. Staff were very friendly and caring. Due to high altitude sickness I wanted to buy Pocari Sweat on Mei Tuan but didn't have a local phone number to place the order, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They also upgraded me to a room with the view of the Potala Palace. The room is nice, clean and spacious with oxygen supply and lots of bottled water provided. There is a big shopping mall 300 meters away (about 10-15 minutes walk) which you can find restaurants there. Free laundry service is a big plus as I spent 6 nights in this hotel. I feel the price is absolutely worth it for the customer service they provided, and I would love to try the hotels under this chain (Hilton) next time when I travel to other cities in the future.

The room feels good, but a little small. It's a diffused oxygen room. Help! Haha. The service of the girl at the front desk is very good. The milk tea they make themselves is also very good. It can relieve altitude sickness. Drink more. The location is convenient. The Potala Palace and the square are on the left, and the Jokhang Temple on Barkhor Street is on the right. The Nama Sedeni restaurant nearby is also good. You can go and experience it. There is a parking lot in the basement, and parking is free. The breakfast is just average and needs to be improved. Overall it is very good, Atour is worthy of trust.

The guesthouse was very clean and hygienic, and I loved the style. We came with friends, and they upgraded our room. Sitting on the terrace, looking up at Danjielin Temple was truly breathtaking. The courtyard was beautifully decorated with many plants. The housekeeping staff and the young men and women at the front desk were very friendly. Most importantly, it's only a three-to-five-minute walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserThe room is very good, a small courtyard is planted with fruit trees, and fruit is bearing fruit. You can sit under the fruit tree and drink tea. The proprietress is very warm and friendly, smiling every day. After staying for 3 days, I will help clean it every day, replenish mineral water, etc., and the Potala Palace can be photographed at night on the roof. It is convenient to eat nearby, and it is also very close to the north gate of the Potala Palace. It takes 10 minutes to walk.

GGuest UserThe quadruple room I chose was very large. The sister at the front desk of the hotel gave hot water and sent two more breakfasts. Thank you very much. The breakfast is also very delicious. I especially like the fried noodles and soy milk inside. The uncles in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic and speak humorously. I feel the kindness of the Tibetan people.

66409N2153WThis hotel is really great! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The front desk service was also very good; every time I passed by, they would greet me. Every staff member welcomed me with a smile and enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, fresh and delicious, and they even had local specialties like ******* noodles, which really satisfied my taste buds. The location is also extremely convenient; it's a short 5-10 minute walk to both Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. All in all, my stay was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area – I'm sure you'll love every detail of this hotel as much as I did!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is friendly, there is a diffuse/nasal oxygen supply facility. If you need nasal oxygen, it is recommended to bring a nasal oxygen tube. If two people need to breathe at the same time, it is recommended to bring a three-way tube. Sometimes there will be midnight snacks.

GGuest UserI stayed for 3 days and then added three days for a total of 6 days. The boss is very good. The Cantonese is the most pleasant surprise. I can speak Cantonese. So I know that the boss can listen to Cantonese and I am very excited. Because my Mandarin is very poor, the boss has no money to upgrade my room. Going out to the road to the left is the Potala Palace. Add the side is the Jokhang Temple near the food market. If you have a day group, this place is a pick-up point. The room is large. There is a washing machine on the rooftop. The price is close to the people. All of the above are the best advantages for me, but there are other shortcomings. Because the store is a homestay, I asked an aunt to do things every day. She only negative Responsibility to add items to clean up the garbage, others will not be dealt with (so it is completely homey) Because I lived for 6 days and changed the sheets on the fourth day. There are large windows but no window flowers, so you think clearly, I also see other staff going to do errands, so you have to close the door when you leave. It will be better because I am not in good health, so I stayed in the hotel and planned to wash my clothes, so I hindered my aunt's work. I also saw two washing machines. I didn't expect to hinder her work. When I left for half an hour, I went back to the rooftop and saw my clothes. Auntie was very good at helping me dry them, but strangely, I saw them. His sheets (because I didn’t dry any objects when I went up to wash clothes) were just washed in another machine, that is, three machines of clothes were washed within half an hour. Auntie worked very quickly. Because I was old and sensitive to skin, people were afraid of washing powder chemically. I couldn’t wash it. I would get a doctor. Trouble, then I took out the sheets I just washed in the washing machine and I washed it again. Auntie was unhappy and said that I had washed it and helped me dry it. I said before that I didn’t discuss it with her because I didn’t speak Mandarin. I just stood by the washing machine and waited for the first round. There are still 25 minutes after the first round. I only left after washing time. I had about 10 minutes to go to the rooftop. When I was about to dry my clothes, I had taken out my clothes. The washing machine had washed the sheets of another machine. Later, I also complained to the proprietress. She said that because this time was her work, I hindered her, but why me When they wash clothes, they don’t tell me and help me get the water flow problem. I don’t know that I can’t wash clothes at this time without posting a notice. Because I have stayed at the hotel many times, they have written when it is available. If they don’t write the guests, how do they know that they should fill in the notice without any misunderstandings?

GGuest UserTraveling alone in Lhasa, this hotel gives a sense of security! The room was cleaned very clean, the bathroom was dry and smellless, the sound insulation was very good, and the night sleep was particularly stable. The front desk lady was very caring, took the initiative to share the route to avoid the pit, and the procedures were very fast. The room continues to supply oxygen, there is no high anti-uncomfortable situation at all, the top floor terrace has a great view of taking pictures, and the Tibetan assembly decoration is rich. Affordable, comfortable and quiet environment, intimate and thoughtful service, it is highly recommended for girls to travel alone!
