I personally ordered Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Capsules via delivery, and they worked wonders. I didn't buy cold medicine because it didn't feel like a cold, so why bother? It probably wouldn't have been as effective as what I bought. I highly recommend these capsules; I only took one and didn't have headaches for the rest of my stay. Also, get some glucose. I bought glucose drinks and had one in the morning and one in the evening. Just these two things are enough. The oxygen felt useless. I bought two small bottles of oxygen and a氧气 bag, but they were pointless. I felt like it was a 'tax on intelligence.' If you want to buy it for a bit of psychological comfort, go ahead, but for real oxygen, go to a hospital for pure oxygen. Regarding showering, I heard you shouldn't shower for the first three days. It was fine; as long as you stay warm, dress quickly after showering, and dry your hair, you'll be okay. This hotel is good, I recommend it. It's also close to the Potala Palace. If you have very high standards, you might prefer a big-brand hotel, but for this price, this one is definitely worth it.
