First of all, the floor heating temperature cannot be adjusted. The front desk said that the room temperature can be set by itself, but in fact it can only be set at 21℃22℃, and it cannot be higher. It is very cold after taking a shower and it is easy to catch a cold. The room phone cannot reach the front desk. The drainage of the bathroom in the room I stayed in was problematic, and the drainage was not smooth. After taking a shower, my feet were still soaked in cold water. The carpet in the corridor made it difficult to drag the suitcase with wheels.

The experience of staying in this hotel is amazing! As soon as I entered the door, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, the check-in procedure was quick, and they also introduced the surrounding fun places. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a super good sleep. The location is also great, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is convenient to travel. I will choose this place next time I travel!

One sister also showed us the vegetables she grew on the balcony, as well as strawberries. Haha, you can see that they are all people who love life. I am really happy to meet them. Maybe this is the meaning of travel. The trip to Tibet was finally achieved, but this time the time was limited and there was no advance planning. There were many places that I didn't have the opportunity to go. I will definitely come again next time~~~~

The hotel hardware and service are pretty good. The worst thing is the hotel's Genting Coffee, which is the worst experience of this trip to Lhasa! The hotel is not located on the main street, but in a village. It is easy to get stuck in traffic. It is about 2 kilometers away from Barkhor Street and Potala Palace, which is still a bit far to walk. After arriving at the hotel, the room was upgraded. The room facilities are good and the hygiene is also very clean. The breakfast is not rich but it is enough to eat. The restaurant service is good, but the front desk service is uneven. One day I needed to borrow a table knife to peel mangoes. As soon as I asked, a waiter said that the restaurant was off work and there was no knife, while another waiter had already stood up to get it. A small thing reflects the difference in service. The worst thing is the hotel's Genting Coffee. Afternoon tea was given as a gift when we checked in. We went to use it on the last day and were told to choose one of the 4 drinks (honey grapefruit tea, juice, American coffee, and I can't remember the other one). I said I wanted a latte, but the waiter said it didn't have one and that it could only be ordered a la carte and not the complimentary ones. I discussed it with her again and asked her to make a latte and I would pay the difference, but it still didn't work. I repeatedly emphasized that it could only be ordered a la carte. Later I contacted the front desk and said that I had already stayed for three nights. Could I change the American coffee to a latte and pay the difference? A manager or something came and said it was okay at first, but then said that the difference didn't need to be paid. I was asked to give a five-star review. Now that the problem has been solved, the hotel The hardware and service were all OK, so I agreed. But something went wrong later. I ordered French fries, but they were not served. I urged them twice and they said they would serve them soon. It took 35 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I left. When I left, the fries were still not served. I heard a knock on the door more than 10 minutes after I returned to the room. I opened the door and saw a waiter carrying a plate of fries without any cover. She brought it open. Besides, Genting Coffee and the hotel room were not in the same building, but she delivered it like this. I really dare not comment on such a hygiene concept. The waiter told me that your fries were served late just now, 40 yuan. Damn, how can you charge 40 yuan for a plate of fries? Since it was delivered to the room, can I not eat it? I have to ask the hotel here, if you can deliver afternoon tea, please do so. If you can't afford it, don't do it. During this 4-day trip to Lhasa, whether it was restaurants, scenic spots, taxis, or shopping, I felt the enthusiasm and patience of the ******* people. Only the coffee and fries of Genting Coffee made me feel bad!

The hotel staff not only helped me check in early, but also helped me with my luggage as soon as I got off the taxi and asked me if I was hungry. Every staff member had a smile on their face and was very attentive. Secondly, the hotel rooms are very clean, and the shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush used are all good brands.  When I passed the reception when I was leaving, the staff immediately handed me a bottle of water and told me to drink more water when I went out. It was very thoughtful. I had dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were very good and the portions were sufficient. I also went to the hotel bar in the evening. The bartender was very professional and the drinks were delicious. Highly recommended, if you go to Lhasa, you must stay in this hotel!
