One of the best hotels during our holiday! The hotel is very new and doesn't have strong casino smell. Staff are all very friendly, swimming pool, spa and gym are all amazing too! The room is very spacious which made our stay very comfortable, would highly recommended!

The hotel is new and the room is spacious but the restroom already has mold around the shower and smell musty. Good thing is the room still is clean and smells good. We like that there are not a lot of people at the hotel but that also means not a lot of tables open to gamble and not a lot of food options. There seems to me a few restaurants but then when you ask for a seat, they will tell you that the entire empty section with open tables don’t have a server.
There is also a food court but it doesn’t open until after 11am and closes at 10pm.
The donuts are good

As a Hilton Honors Reward member, I am appalled by my experience at Conrad Las Vegas. This hotel completely failed to meet the standards of respect and professionalism expected from a five-star property.
During check-in, after waiting patiently in line for over an hour, a guest cut in front of me. When I respectfully raised this concern following an additional 10-minute wait, the receptionist, Jean-Michel Dinh, dismissed me with condescending and hostile remarks. He even laughed and mockingly told me there was no way I could raise the issue or file a complaint.
When I politely took a picture of his name card for documentation, he escalated the situation unnecessarily by involving security. The security personnel used threatening and intimidating language, even attempting to deport me on baseless grounds, which they later abandoned when they found no fault on my part. This behavior made me feel unsafe and deeply disrespected.
To make matters worse, I was assigned a low-floor room in an inconvenient area, which felt like retaliation for voicing my concerns. When I decided to leave the hotel due to the hostile environment, they failed to process my checkout properly, resulting in unwarranted charges.
This hotel treats customers with arrogance and intimidation, not the courtesy expected from a luxury brand. With so many outstanding hotels in Las Vegas, why risk your stay at one that disregards its guests so blatantly?
I am taking legal actions on Nevada Customer Affairs and small court claim currently. but the reply from Conrad Las Vegas is not helpful and behave equally unprofessional that try not to address the matter directly.
As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I strongly advise avoiding this property. Hilton must address this serious failure to uphold its reputation.

Hotel location is a bit far from the strip center where all the action and activities are at. Lots of shop/restaurant were close on the two days I was there. beside the casino, not much going on on-site of this property. Lobby was small compare to other 5 stars on the strip with no waiting area or sitting area. everything else is on par what you can expect for a 5 star hotel.

To tell you the truth, I’ve had better stays at the Conrad/Hilton resort world. The first few days housekeeping was attentive and cheerful. The rest of the week never saw them, unless I called the front desk. Even when utilized housekeeping never vacuumed the carpet and made the bed even the dirty wet towels were left on the floor as in other hotels to be renewed, which was not done. The casino was clean for the most part, but the servers on the tables were certainly poor at best. I usually tip extremely well, and only after that did they see the servers more than once. The hotel manager or service manager needs to attend a conference on how a service oriented casino should be run. I’ve always felt the staff in any business are a reflection of management. Slight Drawback of the hotel is there no there are no coffee makers in the rooms. However, there is a Starbucks, that does take mobile orders 24 hours. There is a wet bar including two bottles of water in each of the rooms in which an unreasonable surcharge, if utilized. Whoever decided the price for anyone of these items should be arrested for price gouging. The snacks are even placed on a scale that times how long you may be looking at the item in order to decide how many calories or what the ingredients are. My visit was in March, so the pool was not overwhelmed, but was very clean. The fitness center was appropriate and had everything most people would look for. The bistro restaurants at the food court were awesome which was a highlight of my trip. There were foods from all over the world, so should not be a problem for everyone to find something to suit their pallet.  Overall for a clean hotel, NA casino, not filled with smoke I would recommend.

The resort was great. Everything you could need all in the same building. We also had the club fee in the building waived because we were staying here. The only con is that it can be far from other parts of the strip

We checked in a bit late and Melissa helped with our check in. She was not very friendly. We asked about parking she said it will be automatically activated the day after so we had to use self parking on that day which was a bit away from the hotel.
The day after, we asked the concierge and the other staff said the parking access was not activated and gave 2 new room keys with the parking access activated. Which meant, it could have been activated upon check in, when we first got our room key!!
It was very frustrating.
Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay :)
For those who will bring the car, ask the staff to activate the parking access when you check in!!

Overall a great, clean experience. Charging extra for guest parking is a widely spread scammy practice in Vegas, so I can’t point my finger just at Conrad for this practice. But overall, recommended. Will not disappoint

Long waited 30min at the counter with only 1 staff was helping for check in, however overall stay is very satisfied and room is big with cleanliness, lastly the toilet water pressure wasn’t strong enough..
