The restaurant was under renovation so I had to go out to eat. And the people working can work on their customer service a bit. But all in all I had a good time

The room is very spacious, with a bedroom and a living room. The bed is very high and comfortable. It is not on the main road in Las Vegas, so it is much cheaper and the room is much more spacious. I personally think it is cost-effective. And it is also very close to the main street. The hotel is clean👍. Parking is free. There are many large supermarkets around, as well as Asian supermarkets.

The hotel is large enough and parking is convenient. Go to the front desk to handle the formalities first, then drive to the room. The long-term rental room I booked is on the second floor. There is no elevator, so I need to carry my luggage myself. The kitchenware only has two large and small cooking pots and a frying pan, a large soup spoon and a flat spatula, and detergent, that's it. If you want to cook, you have to bring other things yourself. Although it is a long-term rental room, there is a cleaning service every day. It is near the airport, but it is still a bit noisy, but there are no flights at night, so those who sleep lightly should not choose this place. There is a 7-11 convenience store a few minutes to the right of the hotel.

The room is big, the kids run around and like it very much. There are three swimming pools, a kitchen refrigerator, and a few pots, but not many tools, so you can only make simple meals. Overall it's very good

The overall feeling is average, and the check-in service is average. I was asked to wait for half an hour, but I didn't have to wait. There was a power outage at night, and there was so much movement upstairs that I couldn't sleep downstairs. As for breakfast, it's hard to describe...it's relatively cheap.

The location is great, close to Harry Reid International Airport and tourist spots, and the rooms are so good I couldn't believe I was staying there for the price!

For a suite I stayed in, it really leaves something to be desired because nothing resembles it. Compared to other hotels where breakfast is self-service, this hotel imposes breakfast with a menu that is not very varied. The cleanliness of the sheets really leaves something to be desired.

This hotel randomly deducted authorized credit cards. There were more than a dozen of us who reported that they were randomly deducted. The hotel staff made up excuses and said that the deduction was wrong and did not recommend staying. In addition, the deposit was not returned many days after check-out. I called housekeeping 3 times to ask for towels to be sent, but they ignored me and asked me to go to the front desk to get them myself.

It's a resort-style place, so it's good for walking the dog and doing laundry, and it's nice that there's two floors, so you don't have to wait for the elevator. There's a living room and a microwave. However, it's cold and the heater doesn't work well, and I told them about it, but they didn't fix it, so it was a bit difficult because it was cold. You can walk to the main strip. It's about a 15-minute walk. It was nice to stay there because of the dog.

Overall, it's average. The only thing that's okay is the price. The service is really bad, and no one in the hotel smiled during the whole process. There will be a spoof call at 7 o'clock in the morning asking you to check out immediately. The check-in experience is too bad, not recommended at all.
