Great hotel, super clean just a few meters from the beach

The hotel is very well located, but the facilities are poor, which is a shame because it would be much more profitable. There is no air conditioning or heating. The bathroom light was very weak, I had to use the light from my mobile phone, and the wifi was very bad. And there was moisture on the wall of the window. The good thing was that there was a mini fridge, a comfortable bed, and the receptionists Victor and Mohamed were very friendly. I had a late checkout for an extra hour. I would go back if the service is maintained and prices do not go up too much since the facilities are poor.

On the beach, the location is very good, and the room is very spacious, but the overall environment and facilities are not particularly hygienic. There is a stove in the room, which gives it the feeling of a B&B, but the health facilities are in average condition.

Booked 1 night for carnival so the room way overpriced paid 110 euros for room only. Reception is tired and needs upgraded to give a warm welcome. Felt 3 stars as soon as i entered. Reception staff friendly . Lift to rooms felt really old and dark. Room 408 a double was very spacious with large bathroom.kitchen area with full frudge and small table top oven, well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook something. Bed really comfortable. View from the room syraight onto the side of a building. TV worked but only Spanosh stations, occasionaly Euronees in English. In this day and age you should be offering several stations in English and German. Im learning Spanish so wasnt a problem but need to cater to international travellers. Overall an ok stay but not good value for money when im booking into another 3* today for 47 euros.

This hotel wasn’t 3 stars. The rooms were spacious but the hotel is out dated, room wasn’t cleaned properly. The fridge had dead bugs inside. The door handle fell off when I tried to open it. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room. I was given one when I asked but then it was full of black mouldy looking stuff. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was ok. The hotel is in great location near shops and restaurants, also the beach. I would still not give it a 3 star rating. Maximum 2, but then I am being generous.

This hotel is suitable for couples, families, or single people. It has a lift, and very clean rooms, thanks to Monica! She is very hard working, I was so impressed! The breakfast is not nice, though... many days they even forgot to provide yogurts. Plus once I found a slice of brown bread that had green mold on it... The location is close to the beach, but you need to check the window from left side to be able to view it. However I guess the prices are accordingly? I am truly grateful once again to the housekeeper Monica! She did an amazing job! I wish her superiors cherish her plenty!

I was disgusted to sleep there. The walls were completely dirty. There was everything. Stains, humidity, even snot. Nothing to do with the images they have on booking, for example. I don't think I've ever been in a hotel like that in my life. How disgusting.

The staff at this hotel is unbeatable. Very friendly and attentive. Attentive to details to satisfy the customer. The infrastructure needs a reservation but we always go for the kindness of the staff, they make us feel at home. I hope that the owners of the hotel know how to value the staff since they are the great asset of the hotel.

The hotel when I arrived at the room there was hair in the bathroom, the shower head was dirty, very dirty, the smell of tobacco in the room, noise at night and when I woke up there was no water in the hotel I couldn't even wash my face. The truth is that I didn't like the hotel at all. I can't upload the video because there was no water.

That I ran away is an understatement, how terrifying! I don't know how you can sleep with so much dirt, abandoned hotel NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL Sleeping on the beach is less than this option LAMENTABLE Do not stay at this hotel if you are concerned about your health

Calificar este hotel como 3 estrellas es una broma de mal gusto. Carpintería rota, muebles viejos (no con años) y deteriorados, paredes con rozaduras, grifería con abundante corrosión y marcas de moho en las juntas del baño. Vergonzoso. Limpieza deja que desear.
