However, there was a discoloration on the toilet seat, which was unfortunately mistaken for a hygiene issue. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we sincerely apologized, arranged for a room change, and replaced the seat to ensure your comfort. We regret that this misunderstanding caused you distress, and we truly appreciate your patience during the process.Regarding the access codes, we want to assure you that the security of our guests is extremely important to us. Each guest receives a unique access code that is updated with every room change. In no case are the same codes used for all rooms. We understand how important safety and privacy are when staying with us, and we continuously take measures to uphold the highest standards.Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
