It is inconvenient that there is no partition in the shower At night, a cat and a rat ran around the 2nd floor and screamed, it was scary to go out, but it was not possible to inform the administrator about this, they answered only in the morning, although a number was indicated for communication after hours. Besides, it's strange - is the hotel really completely unguarded at night, and in case of an emergency, no one will come to the rescue. After cleaning, everything was OK at first, they stopped leaving towels for the second person, and on the last day they didn't leave any water. However, the room itself is beautiful and comfortable. But the textiles with permanent stains and shabby, do not match the room level.

The place was very nice. Being an Art Hotel, the art itself makes the place even more pleasant to stay in. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the room was top notch quality. It’s right next to the night markets where the food was delicious. Only about 5-10m walk to the Pantai Cenang beach. Lots of shops closeby to look at. Aquarium is literally diagonally across the road. Recommended!

Hotel location is good , although the lobby no aircond and my opinion js put a waterpoorf carpet in front entrance to avoid other people step in with wet or sand. Beside this all good including facility , only one thing the bathroom sink is too high 😅 I need to stand ok tiptoe to wash my face Other is good especially the breakfast and the welcome gift 🎁

Apartment was good enough ….it was bit small in size nd rest everything was just fine dont expect much ……

Very well decorated space. Small but cozy. They gave us a small chocolate treat daily at 6 PM. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed. Rooms are cleaned daily but bathrooms need more cleaning. Towels are clean and fresh but need replacing as they look old and less white. If current standards are maintained or made better, we would be happy to come back again 😊

Everything is perfect , especially the handsome milk cow cat in front the counter. He win everybody heart

We loved it! It has an artistic atmosphere everywhere. The room is clean and you can refill water as many times as you wish. It also has an eco-friendly approach. They will also give you some towels to go to the beach or the swimming pool. It is not by the beach, but around 5 minutes walk. It's right in front of the langkawi aquarium. Excellent 👌

Location is ideal..on the food street…no view of beach..very polite staff…I guess a bit expensive..breakfast is good…beach is just a min away..do watch fire show if u choose to stay here..also every night they leave a post card and chocolates in your room

Everything was good here except for the breakfast part. For those who are looking for buffet breakfast, this is not the place.

The location is very good as it was walking distance to Cenang Walk and Cenang Beach. However, the housekeeping part is rather disappointing. When we first arrived, they were fixing aircond in our room, and the floor was not even properly cleaned, with dust on the floor. But we continued to bear with it, thinking the 2nd day we would clean it. However on the 2nd day, the floor was not even sweeped with chips (that my son left after eating) on the floor still. They did tiny up the bed, provide new towels and wash up the bathroom. Bathroom's floor tile was very slippery, I almost fell down twice and my dad aged 60+ almost fell down too.

Great location, nice room with great art and a nice pool. I was initially planning to get the standard twin bed room which was the cheapest but after taking a look at it I had to change for a bigger one which was on the ground floor. There’s no elevator here so if you get the other kind you’ll have to use stairs. The shower on the other hand wasn’t great there were some black things on the wall which looked disgusting if you ask me. For the price? It’s really not worth it because you can get cheaper in the same area and are much better than it. Breakfast here was great! I got 2 plates seeing as I was alone in the room but it came with 2 breakfast. Concierge were not so helpful and seemed to not know anything. I was meant to check out before noon and at exactly noon they were banging at my door, which was weird because I’ve never experienced that in any hotel. I came out 18 minutes later and they were so kind to keep my bags as I prepared to leave for my next hotel. Would I stay here again? I wouldn’t.

Very clean and well decorated with all amenities needed right in the middle of downtown (in front of the food street and across the venue with shops and restaurants). It’s also 5 minutes walk to the beach ! The staff was friendly and we had a free breakfast !! Good thing breakfast stops being served at 12 ! So you don’t need to rush ! Highly recommend
