What a great clean hotel! The staff also spoke English which was very nice! The staff there was extremely accommodating and very kid friendly. Everything was provided for our little traveler from a bath tub, crib, and even toiletries. I would say the only down side is the gym was small but I guess that’s par for the course in Hong Kong. The bed was very very comfortable. Our baby loved it as you can see from the picture. Great hotel. Great service. And better value.

One of the best -- the double rooms more spacious than most hotels in Hong Kong, with nice views towards the harbor, and the staff is always accommodating. The beds are super-comfortable and the amenities are also quite good. The location is pretty good for snacks and shopping and such too.

The room was acceptable for the price—nothing extraordinary, but reasonable overall. However, there was a slight musty smell when I first entered. The air conditioning helped reduce it, and after a while, I’m not sure if the smell faded or if I just got used to it. Aside from that, the stay was fine. If the odor could be addressed, it would make the experience much better.

Despite having do not disturb sign on, housekeeping insist of ENTERING MY ROOM while been rejected in the morning. Excuses given was how about me entering to change the towel for you? How about me entering to change the drinking glass for you? This really annoyed me every morning and everyday I’m thinking why do they insist of entering my room everyday? Housekeeping was finally done on DAY 2 of our stay due to the insisting of the housekeeping team.
Day 4 , one day before check out. Both the Security Manager and member of the housekeeping team knocked and subsequently entered my room using their master access card
without my consent while we were in the room in the afternoon. Their stated reason was ”to check on us”
While I fully understand and appreciate the hotel's duty of care regarding guest safety and wellbeing, this level of intrusion was entirely unwarranted. Hotel Staff witnessed us leaving the room daily, confirming our presence and wellbeing, rendering these forced entries completely unnecessary and deeply disturbing. My room is the only room that encountered this issue while all my other colleagues did not. So It feels like I had being “marked” by the hotel as I’m the only one that got special attention.
The reason given by the duty manager was out of my mind which I do not wish to disclose here.
This level of disregard for basic guest privacy and protocol is unprecedented in my experience.

Hotel is located conveniently at Tsim Sha Tsui area. There’s many eateries nearby. Keep in mind that this hotel shares the same lobby as Empire Hotel, but Empire Prestige is at the other end of the hotel.
Hotel does not provide toothbrush / toothpaste, drinking water etc. There’s a supermarket called ‘Wellcome’ just opposite the street, buy everything you need there and save at least half of your money (comparing buying from 7-11 😉

Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay.
What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub.
I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

The contemporary rooms & suites with majority of rooms overlooking the charming Tai Kok Tsui city view, including Room Family Quad and Suite Premier. Other facilities include 24-hour gym room, shared kitchenette and resting area located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

The hotel is located near Olympics Station (about 10mins walk from the nearest exit) which was a great place for us when we arrived late at night on our day of check in as it is located on the Tung Chung line. There are many stores just across the streets like eateries, bakeries, supermarket, convenient stores and even a macdonalds.
The most convenient way to central mongkok is via their mini green buses. There's also a direct bus that goes to the mongkok east station. Great for travelling to Shenzhen for a day trip.
The room is not very spacious but comfortable for 2. We're able to open 2 luggages on the floor at the same time. Shower pressure was great. They've also provided an empty glass bottle for us to collect drinking water from the dispenser located on certain floors so we don't have to buy water at all. The only downside is that they do not provide toothbrush/toothpastes but you're able to purchase them in the vending machine at the lobby for 1HKD.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay again for its strategic location near Mongkok area.

Very Good
Bbingbong16This hotel is gotta be one of the best hotel in HK, literally close to city centre of mongkok. Hotel services is top tier 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 everyday house keeping is awesome. Everything is cleaned thoroughly🥹🥹👍🏻 all thanks to the cleaners that keep our room cleaned at all times. They even have drinking water dispenser provided in the room, save us all a hussle to keep buying drinking water. Hotel lobby staffs were patient and friendly, easy to go anywhere, be it by car or mtr. Hotel is connected a MOKO mall, easy access and also to Mong Kok East station. Definitely reco for HK stay 👍🏻👍🏻
EEdiGThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short of that mark. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Location: The location is excellent, if you don't mind a steep uphill walk. However, the entire island is built on different levels, which isn't a negative but rather a positive – a daily workout! There's a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to reach the metro instead of walking up and down, straining your leg muscles. Next door is a botanical and zoological garden where you can take a stroll. By the way, entry is free. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to the cable car ”tram” stop for a trip to Victoria Peak.
Check-in: Check-in was fast, but a USD 300 deposit is required, which isn't mentioned on either the trip.com website or the hotel's website. If you need an adapter for your electronic devices, ask for one right away – the receptionist won't offer it.
Room: The room is relatively clean, though I did find some hair in the kitchen and on the bedding. For Hong Kong, the room is spacious, but there's nowhere to store a suitcase. You can set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it doesn't work. It only blows cold air, making the room humid.
Kitchen: The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it's sufficient. However, upon check-in, they warn you that the stove can only be used for reheating food, not cooking, as the fire alarm system is very sensitive and might activate the siren due to hot steam. You must turn on the exhaust fan to full power and the air conditioner to avoid triggering the alarm. Why bother having a kitchen at all?
Bathroom: The same situation as with the kitchen – you need to close the door and turn on the air conditioner at full power while showering to avoid the fire alarm being triggered by steam from the bathroom. The shower hose started leaking on the second day of my stay. It was replaced with a new one, which also leaked. When the technician replaced the hose, did he check if the equipment was working properly? I doubt it.
Breakfast: Breakfast is only served from a menu, which is quite limited. It's delicious, but not diverse. Is this the service you'd expect from a 4-star hotel? The breakfast organization is chaotic – staff running around and clanging dishes. Two slow coffee machines and one toaster keep guests waiting in line. By the way, there are plastic mugs for tea and coffee. The only fruit options are two types of apples – red and green.
Service: The service is polite, but I'd say it's ”on demand.” You need to ask for shampoo, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid to be refilled. The housekeeping, for some reason, doesn't notice the need to replenish hygiene products in the bathroom and kitchen.
Environmentalism: As in all of Hong Kong, they no longer provide water in plastic bottles. That's good, but come up with an alternative so guests don't have to go to the store for water. In my opinion, this environmental concern is simply an opportunity to reduce service costs while maintaining high accommodation prices. Speaking of breakfast again, the jam and butter are provided in small plastic containers, just like on airplanes. Is this really about caring for the environment?
Conclusion: Overall, it's a good choice if you're not bothered by the minor service inconsistencies and if you don't have high expectations for a 4-star hotel. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd recommend Two MacDonell Road.
SShenzhenFoodieThe hotel is close to terminal 1 HKIA. There is a shuttle bus from/to the airport every 15-30 minutes. The hotel is also close to Exit B Asia World Expo station, and the brand new K11 mall.
The staffs in this hotel are nice and my room was upgraded to the suite room. The room is clean with big bed, two bathrooms and a pool view.
The sky deck has an amazing view of the beach and people also stay at the sky deck with their friends and families.
However, I didn’t have a chance to try their breakfast. Would love to come back here again.
KKrivI recently stayed at the Rosedale Hotel in Hong Kong for two nights and found it to be a pleasant experience. The rooms are cozy and sufficient for a short stay. The bedding was clean, and the overall ambiance was comfortable.
One of the standout features is its location. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk from the MTR Station, making it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the Hong Kong Stadium, which was convenient for attending events.
The area around the hotel is convenient, with two 7-Eleven stores nearby. There are also several restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of dining options.
SSwelamWe really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.
GGuest UserThey were so kind at check in and explained exactly how to get around to the hotel. The check in is in the building right next to the rooms themselves. There is wonderful terrace access for a nice night view. The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and hygiene products restocked. The rooms was just the right size for the two of us, It does get loud due to the location being right on the street but that just comes with where the building is. Overall enjoyed our stay and were very happy!
JJaneth Penilla101percent very clean I like the room very simple but nice ..also the view very nice can see the view of city ❤️ but hope nextime have a personal kit for body hygiene 🪥🪥🪥🪥 but all is very nice 💯
GGuest UserOk hotel if you want something simple better than those cheap stays. But don't expect much.
Overall is good, should improve cleaning (especially the bathroom which is old and hasn't been renovated).
Regarding sound, you can hear people in the corridor and other rooms if they speak loud (like baby crying).
You can hear the street sounds a little, but acceptable.
Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
Photos show they bad sides, but the main room is very fine.
GGuest UserI’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy.
Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else.
I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.
GGuest UserDespite its distance from the center, this hotel makes a really good impression to its guests. Very good service especially the housekeeping department. Very hospitable and serves with a smile unlike the ones in the front desk. Nothing to worry about the transportation cos there's bus to everywhere. You just have to bring extra strengths for walking which makes it a good exercise. You won't starve in the hotel aswell cos they have shops nearby which makes it very convenient. Good stay I must say. Would recco 100%.
