Facilities: As a new hotel, the facilities are quite good. Cleanliness: Given its natural, somewhat remote setting, encountering a few insects is understandable and unavoidable. Ambiance: The environment is extremely comfortable and relaxing. Service: The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Minibar: Complimentary drinks in the minibar were a great perk. Afternoon Tea Set: The exquisite afternoon tea set was truly delightful. Seasonal Nature Craft Experience: Didn't get a chance to try it. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The location is quite remote, so having your own car is essential. You can explore the surrounding Lahu ethnic villages. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to take guests down to the villages. We were lucky enough to catch a dance performance on Saturday, which was a lovely unexpected bonus.
