The house is so clean and comfortable. We are very happy to stay here for 2 nights. It was so good. And the staff is so nice, I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The stay is excellent and we definitely will come back again.

The overall location is simple and convenient, with cooking utensils included. However, the sofa bed was soft and wobbly, which made it easy to wake me up. The scenery is beautiful, with beautiful mountain views right outside.

The room was not easy to find. It was one of a large group of simple houses. In fact, it was just opposite room 27 (this room was number 29), but there was no obvious house number or nameplate. We walked around twice before we found it. Although the exterior is somewhat simple, the interior is comfortably decorated and the room is large with relatively new facilities, including a dining table, kitchen worktop, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There is also a desk, sofa, and coffee table. Parking is available at the door. The room is a little far from Lake Tekapo, but because the town is small, it only takes about 10 minutes to drive to the lake, so it doesn't feel inconvenient. I opened the curtains in the morning and saw the sunrise.

Two adults and one child lived very comfortably. There is a parking space at the door. It takes only two or three minutes to drive to Lake Tekapo. There is also plenty of time to hike to Mount Cook. You can see the stars at the door at night.

- Good points: Recently built, clean and comfortable accommodation, good location, located in a quiet alley, electric mats on the bed - Things to improve: Some facilities need repair (bathroom shower head, toilet paper holder, entrance curtain holder broken, dryer front needs repair, TV remote control battery needs replacement, etc.) In particular, the shower room was separated only by a curtain, so water splashed on the floor, which was inconvenient. And the folding chair inside the shower room suddenly flipped over, looking dangerous.

I received the check-in procedures one day ago😁😁 After arriving, we followed the instructions to get the key and enter. It felt like home, and the layout was exquisite and comfortable. There are 4 units here. The family in the big unit arrived earlier than us. Then another couple of friends came to live in another unit. We were not lonely at all. I pay more attention to the bathroom. The bathroom is very clean. There are also heating lights here. It is very warm when taking a shower. The water power is also good. Great 👍👍👍 Not far from Lake Tekapo, it takes only a few minutes to drive to the center and Shepherd's Church. This attraction really makes people feel relaxed and happy. The only thing is that the pillows are not suitable. The bedding is very comfortable, but I prefer soft pillows. The 4 pillows on the bed are very high and hard. It would be better if two soft and two hard pillows could be arranged. 😅😅

Very standard B&B. The houses in the area are not much different. They are relatively clean and have complete facilities. Most B&Bs in Tekapo are similar. The owner should be Chinese. The various rules and instructions are in both English and Chinese.

The apartment is great! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are large enough. The facilities are new and complete. They are clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains outside the window. For self-driving, it is convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended!

位於蒂卡波湖對面山上的民宿，主要是出行方便，開車5分鐘即可到達蒂卡波湖，全自助入住退房，整體衞生也還過得去

My Cell Phone was dead but as the pin code was a memorable date we got the key, tried the end unit first as the curtains were open so clearly not occupied. The key fitted. Bingo, so in we went. 10 mins later another group arrived. So our key worked in 2 units.... (Dreadful Security)The owners were called and a couple arrived to try and pacify us all. The owners took it upon themselves, after we left, to line their pockets with a 50NZD cleaning charge as we entered the wrong room. They knew that no cleaning took place as all of us were there discussing and showing concern about security!!! Taking money by DECEPTION. It is wrong - period. Endured 3 days sorting this out and getting the $50 back. No Sorry, many messages not answered, Nothing. Just out fault, even though the Key fitted!!! Oh and the add on the front page clearly says - Whole House, all the privacy of home!!! Just scandalous rubbish. Suggest anyone thinking of staying here looks elsewhere first. If you do choose to stay, be careful as these Owners do not care at all. Life will undoubtedly teach them lesson at some point. Will they learn from it....I doubt it.

What an amazing place! This is a new property located about half a mile up from the village of Tekapo with lovely views over the mountains. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and were bowled over by how well equipped it was, how new and clean everything was and how the owner had clearly labelled where things were. The bathroom (shower only) was terrific and clean and big. The living area had a kitchen with a hob, microwave (no oven), fridge, coffee table, settee, desk for working, dining table, large screen TV, excellent free Wi-Fi and good heating. There were also lots of storage areas. The bedroom had a good double bed in it. Free car parking outside. Altogether a lovely place - and good value, although quite pricy at £315 for two nights.
