The hotel is very nice and the staff service is impeccable. However, the hotel is located quite far from the center of Lyon which is not easily accessible by transport.

Very clean, nice

I happen to stay at this hotel several times a year as it is convenient for my business. The location is, for me, top notch, especially not far from the motorways for those who travel by car between East (towards Switzerland) and West (towards Bordeaux) of Lyon or between North (towards Paris) and South (towards Marseille). The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The parking is fantastic, very easy with a lot of space, and a special bonus for the electric charging stations which have been in place since around 2022 and which are very useful to me. The rooms are nice and spacey, I cannot fault the staff for the room cleaning either. The restaurant is nice especially in the Spring/Summer with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The bar is decent although a bit dated in my view. The breakfast is OK but not great. My main comment would be on the restaurant room inside which needs some improvement in my point of view. It feels like this is a conference room that has been turned into a restaurant (maybe it is?) and this is not what I expect from a restaurant, which makes me feel uncomfortable. This is why I only eat there in the nicer weather when we can dine outside. This is a minor personal comment however, and overall it remains a very good hotel and I will stay there again.

We arrived later than planned on a Sunday due to long traffic delays. Hotel staff were not helpful. The bar and restaurant were closed and there was no room service. A free drinks token was therefore completely meaningless. The breakfast was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Broken shower head attachment.

We stay in a LOT of Best Western hotels, which are normally very,very good in our opinion This one however, is the worst we have ever been to. Old,rundown and very unfriendly. No bar staff, in fact i felt the bar was being used by people as a meeting traveling staff headquarters / offices, not hotel residents. Staff unfriendly, no bonjour from anyone ........................ beds were appalling ..... low and cheap, ditto pillows. The bathroom was old, the enamel was peeling off both the bath/ shower and paint peeling off the tiles. PS FORGET THE RESTAURANT i have saved u money. I would crawl past this place to find better.

Room not prepared for two people Mold on the walls around the bathtub Bathtub damaged in two places. Despite our comments, no commercial gesture Catering, we waited 2 hours 30 minutes for dinner having chosen: a plate to share. a hamburger and a dish of the day.. THE waiter had forgotten to notify the kitchen !!!!!

Although privileged customers we were downgraded to a room at the back of a construction area, simply to avoid upgrading ourselves to one of the many renovated rooms that were available at an equivalent rate. In terms of catering: staff and quality at the top.

The hotel is easy to find, especially for those who prefer to avoid entering Lyon, and offers spacious parking. The establishment appears spacious. The bedding is comfortable. The staff is available. However, it is important to note that part of the hotel is currently under renovation. Although this did not cause any noise pollution, some rooms are in the area being renovated, which may cause issues such as dark hallways, faulty (or unplugged) power outlets, unplugged TV. connected due to lack of functional sockets, inoperative lighting and the absence of a ceiling light (which makes the room quite dark in the evening). In addition, the bathrooms have not yet benefited from renovations. These shortcomings are unfortunate, especially given this Best Western property's four-star rating, which leaves something to be desired. In the end, although short, the stay was disappointing.

Very quiet hotel, very pleasant welcome, a beautiful relaxation area for an aperitif. The restaurant is very good, good value for money. The rooms are very spacious, good quality bedding.

Not at all worthy of a 4 star, the rooms are dilapidated, the toilet flushes only once in 10, no minibar, noisy air conditioning, for the second night no bottle of water and coffee!!!! !! The restaurant is perfect, nothing to complain about, super friendly staff The Spa and massages are to be avoided, price displayed is 85 Euros and 100 euros debited... We really feel like we're being ripped off 2 nights 300 euros, 1 dinner 100 euros and the worst 2 massages from M. for 200 euros!!!!!!

everything is in the title ! to choose if you really can't do otherwise! entrance to Lyon and parking.. only interests I clicked mediocre for the room because I was allocated, without asking me, a disabled room, therefore hospital bathroom. it's good that there is but that we warn the client of the attribution.. BEFORE!.

2 night stay at the Hotel Admiral de la Tour de Salvagny. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast, very good dinner. Bedding 1 a little "soft" for my taste because I like harder bedding but that's not the case. This is just a personal opinion. Family room where we don't step on each other. large parking lot.

I visited this hotel for a wedding, everything was perfect! The staff are absolutely lovely and very professional. The chef is top notch. It was very good and very filling. The rooms are very good. The decor of the hotel and the bar are very nice. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. Everything was great.
