The best thing is location, near Nishiki, shopping arcade, gion within walking distance. But the room is very uncomfortable, only small window and cannot open

Perfect location but not really a four stars hotel. The room looks old, used carpets and smelly bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful.

We got the room with so reasonable price because there was a discount event going on. The price, service, infra, Everything was perfect. The only sad feeling I get is that the hotel will become famous as time goes by, it will be much more harder for me to make reservation again :(
