This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning takes place every other day for ecological reasons, but every day you will receive clean towels and toiletries. An aperitif is offered to all guests in the evening. Mangas and a microwave are available in the call in case you buy take-away food. I had my luggage delivered in advance and they kept it until I arrived. The room is much larger than one would expect in Japan. Unfortunately, the Onsen is very small and I don't get a chance to fully enjoy it as the times to use it are also inconvenient. This is the only small shortcoming.

This hotel is good location - you can walk to Kiyomizu-dera temple, Yasaka shrine, Gion (have many street food) The room is Japanese style, it look cozy.

location is great and near the river, there are a couple of convenience store nearby which was nice too.

Close to Kiyomizu-dera清水寺, it takes only 20 minutes to get there on foot. However, it's a little far away from other spots and JR kyoto station Available for luggages storage before check-in and after check-out.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice view. The breakfast had a variety of options.

Service was great and onsen for hotel guests was a nice touch! Location was okay it was a relatively short walk to a direct train line from Osaka.

The hotel is a bit far from Kyoto Station and the buses and subway for my use, but still very nice. However, it's ideally located for exploring the area, central to the temples and shrines worth seeing. It's also a 20-minute walk from Gion. The public spaces are very clean, and the communal baths on level B1 are spacious and pleasant. There's a sauna in one of the two baths (separate for men and women).

This was a stay that completely exceeded my expectations. I could see Kyoto Tower and Arashiyama from the window of the room. There was a public hot spring bath in the basement, divided into two for men and women, which would be switched in the morning and evening. The location was excellent, near Kiyomizu Gojo, very close to Kiyomizu Temple and Hanami-koji.
