Very easy checking in, room is bit small but enough for us with luggage. Can stored luggage at the lobby for free after checking out, save money. Location is little bit far from Kyoto station but walking distance.

A great hotel, with a great bathroom and location. It is very spacious, which is not always found in Japan. Everything is very clean and modern, starting from the hall and corridor and ending with the room itself. It is very convenient that the hotel itself has a laundry room with 24-hour access.

Quite a walk from Kyoto station, 15 minutes. You can take a bus but luggage is not recommended on buses. Counter is generally empty but there’s a phone to ring them. Room size is ok

Check-in is self service, but it is very easy. There are friendly staff to help if you don’t know how to do it.

The hotel has lots of bus that were convenient, allowing us to travel to most tourist locations. Hotel interior was clean and spacious too.

Check in 4 pm and check out 10 am hotel. It located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 15 minutes walk to Kyoto Station. It's convince for public transportation and bike rental.

Not far from Kyoto Station (15 minutes of walk). Before me was a lady that had a question about the city and Fushimi Inari Taisha, but lady at the counter told her she's not from here and she didn't even try to help the guest. Room was clean and thankfully I could open the window because it was too hot and air-conditioning system was unable to blow cold wind. I think curtains had a little bit of cigarette smoke smell. I'm not sure if there was shampoo in a "shampoo" bottle, because it smelled exactly like a body soap and my hair next day seemed greasy...

There is no daily cleaning service, but the price is really cheap, ao it is acceptable

This hotel was 10+ mins walk from the Kyoto Station. The room was pretty spacious for Japan standard. Bed was comfortable, bathroom also was slightly bigger than many hotels.
