Rooms are really spacious and clean. All hotel is fresh. i liked a lot some details, such as nice night lighting, tap drinkable water, well elaborated room design, etc

The boss is very friendly and will take the initiative to contact you a few days before your stay. The room has everything you need and is large enough for two people. The accommodation is also close to the station. It is located in a residential area and you can enjoy the tranquility and leisure of Kyoto on the way to the station. They can also help send your luggage to the next hotel (extra charge, you need to tell the boss in advance). The overall accommodation experience is very good and I would like to stay again next time:)

1. The platform agreed to check in after 3pm, but we checked in directly in the morning. The female owner was very patient and took care of us. 2. Free luggage storage. The first time I went there, I was advised to take the main road, which is the main road opposite Kyoto Station. Don't go into the alley, you will get dizzy. Take the main road!! There is a convenience store at the intersection, which is 1 minute away. This convenience store has some daily necessities, meat, and vegetables. You can also replenish your supplies here if you make breakfast in the B&B. The room is very large, and there is a kitchen. The bathroom and bath are separated. There is a large wardrobe for boxes and hangers. Hygiene: Very clean. I have stayed in 5 hotels + B&Bs in Japan, and this is the cleanest. Facilities: There are washing machines, refrigerators, pots and pans, and balconies for drying clothes. In Kyoto for 5 nights, I can wash clothes freely. The laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes, and dishwashing liquid prepared by the boss are all high-quality. Service: The boss is very considerate. Add WeChat one day in advance to inform the check-in method and password. There are 3 of us and we can't book a 3-bed room. In order to make us more comfortable, the boss also gave us an extra mattress, which is very good! Due to language barriers, we can't communicate too much, but it's highly recommended

The hotel room is too small. There were only two mattresses arranged for the three of us, which were placed on the floor. The mattresses were very old and had a dent in the middle. My backs hurt so much after sleeping on them for two nights!

Near Kyoto Station, new room, beautiful accommodations, has everything available for use. Including a washing machine, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. There are hangers, a clothesline, complete kitchen equipment, a stove, a microwave, a bathtub, a hair dryer, a toothbrush to pick up, towels, and even a head. At this price, it's very good value.

The reception staff were great, proactive in contacting us, and also made an appointment with us to wait for us to check in. There is usually no one at the counter, but you can contact them via Line. The room is fully equipped, you can cook, there is a washing machine, and there is a balcony to dry clothes, but there is no place to sit and eat, the room is too small. For shopping, you can go to the Lawson 100-Yen Supermarket at the entrance of the alley, which is a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The sleeping area is too small for a four-person room, so it would probably be more suitable as a two-person room. It was slightly cramped for the four of us adults to sleep in.

It seems like a good place to stay for more than 3 nights. I went because they said they could rent a bicycle, but unfortunately, it seems like it's gone.
