Lower price and high quality with great service and provide free meals

Simple Business Hotel with good breakfast & dinner provided, walkable distance to Kyoto Station (about 10 mins) & Kujo Station (less than 5 mins).

Overall a good stay, although quite a walk from Kyoto station but the road is flat. 2 small points to note, if you rent a bicycle, there is no place to park. The female onsen is not as clean as the other hotels I’ve been in Japan, I see quite a few hair floating. Still, decent enough for the price and the food is also quite yum. Reminds me of school canteen style. I have included pictures of the food for reference.

A bit hard to find the hotel. The hotel provide nice dinner (2 choice, 1 serving) and breakfast buffet!

Great little spot. 10min walk from Kyoto station. Love the secret little hot doing bath underneath. Room was big enough.

Decent price and clean room. Spacious enough for solo travellers. Near to subway that connects to Kyoto station if one choose to take train but the walking distance is about 15mins max from Kyoto Station.

Relatively close to public transport. The food, breakfast and dinner provided!!, are great for the price while the room is a bit too small for two persons. It's an old fashion hotel kind of management but overall it was a good stay.

This is the worst hotel in my life! The queue at the counter is one hour! Oh my god, to check in, you have to stand in line for an hour! The rooms are very small even by Japanese standards! There is an unpleasant smell in the room! Stay away from this terrible hotel

Easily accessed from Kyoto Station from the South Exit by foot (if you don't have a bunch of luggage) or you can take the subway , one station, to the Kujo and walk a shorter distance to the hotel. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and they are very strict about this, so if you get there early, just drop off your luggage and get back on the subway to view some interesting temples that are within walking distance (North of the Kyoto station). This hotel offers reservations with both a "free dinner and free breakfast" The dinner starts about 1.5 hours after check-in. The dining area is large, but during breakfast the serving area can become congested because of the layout.

Note location on google is wrong. Photo on trip.com is wrong. This is next to the Lawsons. Check in is a pain. Picking up the key when you return is a pain. But overall this is a decent place to rest your head.

I like this hotel, two free meals a day, nine sauna and big public bathroom, 10 mins walk to train station.

Overall good. I would recommended for price / performance.
