One of the nicest hotel with a lovely Japan and Kyoto like interiors in Kyoto for the price in the area. Room and bathroom is spacious and a large bath tub with tv is good plus point if you enjoy taking a bath. The front staffs are not the best and friendly ones but provide service you need. Our family stayed for 2 nights, one room in the 3rd floor and the other in the ground floor. The ground floor room has really bad moldy and cigarette smell, my husband and I notified hotel and asked if they gave us a smoking room by mistake. They said they will do something with it and when we back to the room at night we saw they kept opening the window but it was still smelly and disgusting. It was very unpleasant.

Wonderful all around, especially if you get lucky with snow. On the quiet side of the river for 8 nights. Obviously had the river view. Corner room on 4th floor is the best. Housecleaning is a bit too loud though. Super close to train station. Kyoto is worth the visit no matter what. We’ll be returning. Thank you

The room is relatively large and the transportation is quite convenient. The vibration of the subway downstairs is too obvious. If you pay attention to it, you will feel very uncomfortable. The attitude of the front desk customer service is not good. For a room rate of more than 2,000 yuan, the service level of three stars is really not good.

The hygiene is very clean. There is Chinese service at the front desk, and breakfast is delivered to the room on time. The taste is good, fresh and rich. The transportation is also very convenient. I recommend friends to choose this hotel. It is recommended to equip the first-floor windows with curtains, which does not feel private enough.

I have been to Kyoto four times and this is the best accommodation experience. The room is very big and right next to the Kamogawa River. The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to shopping malls and attractions. Highly recommended. The room is spacious and bright.

The food was OK and was delivered to the room. The Kamo River was not as close as I thought, I thought it was next to it.

Walk out of the hotel and turn the corner to the famous cherry blossom street. In the morning, take photos as much as you want before the crowds arrive. The facilities are very smart and quiet, the service is very friendly, and breakfast is delivered directly to the room.

The deodorant in the room is available, as well as razors and nail clippers. But the bed is obviously soft, and if you have a bad waist, you may have back pain when sleeping. 3. The breakfast was reserved for one day, and the taste was mediocre. If you eat it every day, you will definitely get tired of it 4. The overall service is very online, and they will help answer questions and help make restaurant reservations in Japanese, but some front desk receptionists are not very enthusiastic

Pleasantly surprised, clean and elegant, spacious room, convenient transportation, quiet in a busy city, beautiful surroundings, close to attractions, I like it very much.

The hotel is located in the heart of Kyoto, but yet still amidst the hustle and bustle. It's about ten minutes' walk from Shijo Kawara. Go out of the hotel and turn left, 150 meters away, to the Keihan Line and Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line stations. When you go out of the hotel, turn right and walk 200 meters along the Kamogawa River to the Shijo Kawara Hankyu Line. The business district of Shijo Kawara is in that area. It's just a stone's throw away from Gion, a flower path. The room is large and new, and the equipment and beds are of a certain quality. The hotel is located in the heart of Gion, and you can occasionally see real artists. For breakfast, it’s a set meal, with Japanese and Western options. You can feel full, but you will feel tired.

The location is OK. The room is not too small. The Western-style breakfast is better. It’s great to have a Chinese-speaking front desk.

The room is big and the service is good. The surrounding is quiet, not far from eating and shopping. I will choose again
