This hotel is incredibly convenient, situated right near Karasuma Oike Station, making exploring Kyoto an absolute breeze. Having a 7-Eleven literally downstairs was a huge plus for snacks, drinks, and essentials any time of day. The facilities were well-equipped with everything we needed, and the whole place was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort.

It’s near the subway station, walking distance. With 7-11 in front and Starbucks nearby. Nearby McDonalds also. Very clean room, good water pressure, good heater, with clean towels, BUT no drinking water provided. Good room size, we were 3 adults (family), with small table for coffee drinking, eating snacks. With 2 packets of green tea BUT no coffee.

The hotel is close to the subway station and within walking distance to the surrounding attractions. The hotel offers excellent services and well equipped. There is also a public bath that can be used free of charge. We stayed in a family room and were able to open all our suitcases at the same time without being in each other's way. I definitely will stay here again next time when visiting Kyoto.

This hotel's location is a considerable distance from Kyoto Station, requiring a 15-minute drive. The surrounding area offers limited dining options, with most establishments closing by 8:30 PM. However, the reception staff were courteous, the rooms spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel is located conveniently near the subway station, just 2 mins walk. Very new and clean. Would love to visit again!

Strange that I can’t take lunchbox in a day I have early excursion. Good place for breakfast and good staff I don’t know will stay in this hotel or not.

Loved the location, everything was walking distance. Loved that they offered free bikes. Loved the staff (made a friend). Loved the design of everything and the attention to detail everyone seems to have. Wish I could've stayed longer

I appreciated that the hotel had bikes and a public bath for guests to use. They do charge an accommodation fee though!

The hotel is clean and the staffs are all so friendly. within 5mins walk away from metro station and 7-11 is just directly opposite. Serves great breakfast too!
