Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

Location, is good, but desk attendent don't speake inglish is a little difficult comunication

Brand new hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, helpful staff, very good international breakfast. 20 minutes drive to the Shanghai Automotive Exhibition Center. No restaurants nearby. Isolated area.

The suite is very large, fully equipped and in a nice environment. Special thanks to Ms. Mandy at the front desk. She is kind and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.

The overall experience is good, the check-in process is fast, the hotel service staff are very friendly, especially the room service delivery, which is careful and professional. The room facilities are complete and clean, and the luggage can be stored temporarily after leaving the hotel. The only shortcoming may be the bed. There is no problem with the bedding, but when turning over, the bed frame creaks and is a bit noisy.

The breakfast was rich and the service was good. I upgraded the room, but it was almost the same as before. The view might be different, but overall it is still a very good hotel and I will come again.

The hotel is located in Huaqiao, with beautiful environment and comfortable rooms. Thank you very much for the warm service of Capper and Wendy. It is very close to my friend's home and I will come here often in the future

The room was in line with expectations. We were surprised by three points. 1) The breakfast was good, the seats were relatively high-end, there were cashews, and the Western pastries were high-end and delicious. 2) The Su noodles on the first floor of the store were unexpectedly delicious (smoked fish and Luohansu were recommended). 3) The big park at the back. My wife and I were very satisfied.

Stayed one more night and ate the black truffle chicken chop noodles at Su Noodle House. Tea was served as soon as we sat down. We ordered the red soup noodles with Pu'er soft-boiled eggs. The chicken chop tasted quite good when cut. Su Noodle House is on the first floor of Huayu. It is very quiet inside. There is also Suzhou Pingtan in the store. The environment is also good. I recommend everyone to eat there (see the 6th to 8th pictures for details). Whether it is a holiday or Huayu, for the safety of the guests, takeout is not allowed to be delivered upstairs. They are all placed in the takeout cabinet downstairs of Huayu. It is also very convenient to take it. This is not a big problem. Because the twin room I stayed in only had a stool and no sofa, I asked the room service to send a stool (the last picture), and we drank water very quickly, so we asked the room service to send water several times. They were very friendly and the auntie would deliver it immediately. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance, and I will also try to stay in Huayu.

Holiday Hotel is opposite to Huayu Hotel, and they share a front desk. Check-in and check-out are done at Huayu Hotel. The swimming pool and breakfast restaurant are also shared. The first floor of Holiday Hotel is a self-service laundry room with a takeaway stand. If you order takeaway, you have to go downstairs to get it. I feel that autonomy is more important than service. The hardware facilities and hygiene are good, but it is a bit like an unmanned hotel. If you need to call the guest service center... The breakfast restaurant on Holiday Hotel is crowded with people, and the products are not bad! The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and the shopping malls and attractions are relatively far away. It is recommended to drive by yourself.

The room is clean and comfortable. The service is warm and in place. There are many choices for breakfast and it is delicious. The experience of staying is very good 👍👍👍
