Location was okay but not great, cleanliness was subpar at most, there was pee behind the toilet seat cover, and previous occupant’s hair. There are three lifts up to our floor but the lifts were pretty slow, so it was always quite a wait. Service was horrible, girl at desk was unfriendly and spoke to us pretty rudely. Overall okay stay but won’t be back.

Good location nearby to main Kunming train station within walking distance 6mins. There’s also alots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! Especially famous Kunming jiahua pastry shop selling fresh rose pastry, and the next having Luckin coffee just right beside.

The room condition is great with the price we paid. Couldnt expect more. What was amazing, the receptionist was super helpful. I wanted to buy something at the store next to the hotel lobby and my Alipay wasnt working, she came to help me by paying the bill first. The next day, I paid her back. Thank you so much. Other than that, 2 of the elevator was really in bad condition, another 2 was okay.

Its very close to the train station. Reception was good. Many restaurants nearby. Overall good stay.

The location is very good. Near the train station. But the room is very cigarrete smelling.

Our stay was great! Big room and clean. Quiet at night and walking distance to old ancient city. The lady boss was helpful and didn't charge us for extra water. The rooftop was amazing and we took a few photo down there. It's a place to recommend for people going to yunnan

We arrived quite late and there is receptionist waiting for us. She upgraded our room and we are really thankful for that. The place is very near to kunming railway station and alot of eateries nearby as well.

the hotel is near Kunming high speed train station and not far from the shopping center. around the hotel have supermarket, restaurants and others.

Hotel building is combined with several other hotels, this hotel is only on one floor i think. I’m surprised by how clean & spacious the hotel is, theres even smart system. The staff is also helpful whenever we need anything. It’s close to the railway station, we had no problem dragging our big luggages & walking to the railway station at 6am it’s around 10-15minutes walk depending on your pace.

Arrive Kunming very early from the train Kunming Railway Station with 15 minutes walk, you can ask for luggage storage and use toilet to refreshing before explore city. Easy to access metro station is located underneath the railway station. You can find lobby on the G floor (although there are few of hotels reception in same building), staffs are friendly and helpful (please use translator app for Chinese) Room is modern with super comfort bed, TV, kettle and all amenities are very well equipped. Nice city view on high floor from 17th.
