Stayed in 3 villas for a family of 6 for 2 nights. The guest relations staff who checked us in were very pleasant - Mr Zhao Hun Nong and Ms Xiang Liu. They patiently assisted with our requests during check in and even troubleshoot our wifi connection issues. A few hiccups on the maintenance issues during our stay and they managed to resolve most of them.

Amazing hotel in a new and peaceful area of Kunming. Staff very kind and helpful. Excellent restaurant with fantastic buffet.

Very nice hotel Villa , detailed oriented , excellent service

We stayed one night upon leaving Yunnan province, the hotel is beautiful but the room is rather far from the lobby so we have to rely on buggy to fetch and drop us, sometimes it takes a while. Information on the surrounding areas and what to do is not much. There's a little F&B area nearby that hotel can send and pick us up by buggy, not much to do. We can see the river at all 😆 not as stated in the description.

I would like to especially thank the lobby manager Guo, whose enthusiasm and thoughtfulness ran through my entire stay. Whether it is travel suggestions, demand coordination, or daily greetings, they are all meticulous and make me feel warm. Ding Ding, Xiao Fan's service is also very considerate. This stay experience is perfect. Whether it is the environment, facilities or services, it is impeccable. It is definitely the first choice for business travel and leisure vacation! The package with a very high personality ratio includes breakfast, travel photography (including 5 photos without photo editing), tea making around the stove and Pu'er tea making experience. I don't want to go out at all in this hotel. It's so comfortable to spend half a day in the room, brewing a pot of camellia and sitting in the small garden. Photographer Xiao Zhu's travel photography is good, and the clothes are clean, but he didn't use the flash when shooting, so the photos are all too dark. Fortunately, photographer Xiao Zhu is good at photo editing and he also selected a few more photos. When taking the photos, he also asked us to take a few more photos ourselves. The fireside tea-making and Pu'er tea experience was cancelled due to something. Thank you to the girl Li Shirui from the coffee shop who immediately changed the afternoon tea to coffee and small cakes. She was very quick and considerate. Then the housekeeper Xiao Fan helped us change the experience to Pu'er tea. The store had something to do temporarily, and we felt that everyone tried their best to deal with it. There was also a guy who took the initiative to remind the folk dance experience. The restaurant waiter who knew we didn't eat spicy food had a very high personality. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Next time, I will try Songpin Hotels in other cities. Looking forward to it

The small pot of rice noodles was full (maybe because the food was delivered late, and the rice noodles were too big, so they were a little clumpy. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a little monotonous, but overall it can be given a score of 4.9.
