REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! First day, arrived Airport waiting 30min keep update us wait for another 5min, 2min until driver arrived tell us will send you all to another hotel, we are shocked! Why not hotel customer service inform us early? After I chat with hotel they say is full house, so arrange another hotel for us and same value hotel. Actually is really really bad, room so dark, cloth is torn, so sad! We stay here 4-5 hours then go Dali Not responsible! So Bad! After we found a lot bad review in social media🥲

Not the same as the photo shown in the website. Looks very nice and new in the photo, but in actual is a very old hotel. Not near to the airport as well. Car ride also needed around 15mins. However, transport included which is a good point. Breakfast is also very poor. Not recommended afterall.

Near to airport and have shuttle service to airport..quite old hotel but convenient

Hotel is close to airport. The best thing is they provide free shuttle service to and from airport. Nothing to complain for its price and service. Room is clean and very helpful and friendly front desk. Overall, 8.5/10!

The hotel provides transportation for free to pick you up from hotel eventhough your flight is at wee hours. Our flight arrived at 2am and the driver picked us up together with other guests. The hotel also send us to the nearest subway station for free! So niceee. We dont know how to speak mandarin so we use wechat to communicate since it has auto translation

Provide free pickup and drop off at the airport even at 1am. It is a short ride from the airport to the hotel. Though I cannot speak Chinese, we communicated using WeChat with the translator giving clear instructions on the exact pickup location from the airport. The receptionist was helpful and courteous during check-in and checkout and was fast. The room is well equipped with ceramic cups and a kettle. The toilet needs more cleaning and ventilation as it has an odor. The bedsheet was clean. Nearby have many restaurants, convenience, and souvenir stores. The room is equipped with a large TV.

You get what you pay for. It’s okay if you just stay one night for transit. Free airport pickup and drop off service which is a plus point. Other than that everything is just average.

Good location for those who only stay for one night as the hotel is very near to the airport but far to the tourism place. Downstair there are a lot food stalls during day and night time. There is room to improve especially for cleaniness of the toilet .

Did a shortlayover as we had a morning flight to catch. Check in took very long and the service lady at front desk didn't really seem happy.. also didn't offered the free airport transfer as advertised until we asked for it. When the free hotel transfer was arranged the driver seemed super super unfriendly and unhappy. Squeezed in with another 6 more person in a minivan and the driver was driving like initial D style on a dimly lit road.. pretty scary ride lols
