Atour Hotels in Kunming

Couldn’t ask more for Atour Hotel. Everything meets or exceeds our expectations. The room is good size, amenities are modern and functional; super comfortable beds and pillows; the breakfast is delicious; the location is second to none (eateries, shopping all nearby); and last but not least, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We even got a takeaway breakfast on the day of checking out because our train was early morning and had no time to have breakfast at the restaurant. Will definitely recommend to everyone who come to Kunming!

Like a miniature Atour. I primarily chose this hotel for its unbeatable location. It's literally just 75 steps (no exaggeration!) from Exit C of Jiaosanqiao Metro Station, offering incredibly easy access to the airport and major commercial centers. What truly thrilled me was the vibrant local market right outside the hotel; it's well-stocked and very affordable. I picked up some great fruit, and there's a stall inside that sells absolutely delicious shredded chicken – a strong recommendation! Just a short right turn away, you'll also find a Jianshui Water Bamboo Shoot Rice Noodle shop; their water bamboo shoots and mushroom caps are definitely a must-try. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They kindly upgraded my room and allowed a late check-out, which I sincerely appreciate. The facilities are comprehensive; although the room wasn't particularly spacious, it had everything necessary. Rooms facing the residential area are exceptionally quiet at night. Complimentary tea and snacks are provided. The shower stall is roomy with excellent water pressure and drainage, and the toiletries were very pleasant to use. While the toilet featured smart flushing, I was slightly disappointed it didn't include a bidet function. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any friends planning a visit to Kunming.

My stay this time was absolutely wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff! I had accidentally booked the wrong room type due to my own mistake, but after speaking with the receptionist, she immediately helped me coordinate the change with incredible efficiency. Later, when I needed to check out early, she also promptly and efficiently handled that request. Her service was consistently patient and professional throughout. Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, with not a single issue. This level of service truly puts your mind at ease! Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel boasts a prime location right on Kunming Old Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Old Street from the hotel's scenic elevator. The hotel provides thoughtful service and amenities such as a laundry room and a gym. Loyalty program members receive complimentary breakfast, which offers a wide variety of dishes, and the rice noodles are a must-try. For those feeling peckish in the evening, the restaurant also offers complimentary porridge. Free parking is available, with the front desk assisting guests with license plate registration. Even the large windows in the restaurant corridor offer pleasant views of the Old Street.

The hotel is in a good location, with fruit shops, restaurants and South Asian Style City nearby. The service is very good. They will help with drying after washing. They are very considerate. The room is clean and the service staff are enthusiastic and super warm!

Facilities: The decoration style of Atour in each city is similar, and it is as comfortable as ever. This hotel has new facilities, clean rooms, and the cleaning lady cleans very quickly and meticulously. Environment: The hotel is more than 20 minutes away from Kunming Station by taxi without traffic jams. It takes about 10 minutes to see the jacarandas and Yuantongshan Kunming Zoo on Jiaochang Middle Road. It is very convenient. The jacarandas on Beijing Road outside the hotel are in full bloom. Service: The breakfast is rich and varied, and the self-service laundry room is also very convenient. The service attitude of the staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The front desk staff also gave us souvenirs when we left the hotel. It was very considerate and thoughtful. I will stay here again when I go to Kunming in the future

After six nights in guesthouses across Lijiang, Shangri-La, and Dali, it was such a relief to finally check into a city hotel! Back to modern conveniences, I could finally do a load of laundry and head home with fresh clothes. I had booked a 'Comfort King' room but was upgraded to a 'Standard King' (a rather misleading name, as I assumed 'Comfort' would imply a better room!). This is easily one of the best-designed hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! The bathroom featured a spacious three-fixture separation (toilet, shower, and sink all separate), a thermostatic shower, and two efficiently draining floor drains. There was a generous hanging area coupled with a large full-length mirror, and the desk and chairs were perfectly functional. The sensitive and accurate under-bed night light for late-night trips made the room incredibly comfortable and livable! ✌ I'm officially declaring that Qingju has surpassed Atour in my personal ranking! The location is also fantastic, being very close to both the city center and the high-speed rail station. Plus, convenience stores and breakfast shops right downstairs made things incredibly easy. (A little comparison: I've stayed at five, six, or even seven Atour hotels in various cities, with prices ranging from 300-800 RMB per night. While the pricier ones are decent, the cheaper ones are often quite average. At the same price point, Qingju definitely comes out on top.)

The rest of the hotel is fine, but the bath towels, bed sheets and quilt covers all have a strong odor (smoke mixed with the smell of kitchen garbage). I wanted to take a shower to refresh myself after being tired, but I ended up using the bath towel to wipe my head and body, and the odor was all over my body and I brought it back home. It was a very bad experience.

The room itself has very good facilities. It is a new hotel with no pungent smell, which is at the level of Atour. At the same time, the hotel is on the 50th floor, so the scenery outside is also worth seeing. The hotel itself is in good condition, but because it is in a newly built area, the roads have not been fully repaired. The service is very good. The hotel will be informed of the situation in advance and a solution will be given. The breakfast is the best I've ever had and it's served for a long time. It's also okay to have some porridge as a midnight snack.

I stay at the hotel with premier family suite , the room is very spacious and clean , inside the room have balcony. the hotel is near kunming railways ,if we ride didi arround 9-10 yuan. Very convenient.. if you type like quite this hotel is the right choise . helpful staff , i told the staff my flight was night , the staff give me extend two hour from checkout time. Highly recommended!! thank you and will come back again for sure ..
