The hotel is clean and the location is easy to access, the staff is polite and helpful, the kitchen is very good which all equipment is prepared, but it is slightly dirty of the knife and the chopsticks.

Clean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

Booked a room for 6 pax. The room size is decent, 2 to sleep on the futon. Hotel room is clean, location is good.

spacious, clean, well-equipped room. having washing machine in the middle of a trip definitely helped relieve some luggage space. a little dirt and stains on the tatami but not a big issue. will surely choose this hotel again if i’m visiting Kumamoto again.

In my opinion ,this should be the best hotel in Kumamoto as this price.big room , convenient to connect important place.

The service was amazing, the staff could communicate fluently with us without any issues. The facilities are also very hygienic.

Room was spacious, but very dark and only has 1 proper chair and a low table, so everything has to be put on the floor. Parking is not provided and front desk is not helpful in explaining the public carpark options. Breakfast was pathetic (just a packed sandwich), so don't opt for that.

My family of 5 people had a pleasant stay here. The room was big and comfortable, and the service was good.

Very big room, friendly staffs, huge bed

Rooms are neat and spacious, fantastic beds and has everything you would need in a room. Love the design of bunk beds, good for family stay. Breakfast have limited options only. One down side was our room air conditioning was not cool enough, the dust filter were full of dust and need some cleaning.

Location is great for travellers with car like us, the room is clean and well facilitated with washing machine and kitchen. The bathroom is also come with a multi functional ventilation, you can hang your laundry with the drying mode on and they will be dried in few hours, that’s super nice. There is a 7-11 convenient store close by and couple of car parks available.
