Great location , easy access to public transportation, good shopping mall next door, nice staff, easy check-in and check out … only downside is that they didn’t have enough non-smoking room so I got stuck with a smoking room … not exactly ideal but made the most out of it …

The location is very good, in front of Kumamoto station, amu is right next to the station, very convenient. The room is not big but clean and cozy, the breakfast food is ok, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

HOTEL IS very CLOSE TO JR Kumamoto by walking. There are a flowing Breakfast . You can pick up food take out for your day trip. The Service is fast and easy. Room is standard tiny size.

This hotel is very close to Kumamoto Station and is an excellent choice if you have a train to catch or are arriving into Kumamoto later at night. There is also a mall right next to the hotel that has a large variety of food options, but some of the dining does close around 7 PM, so be aware. While the free breakfast option is very good, many people are there right when the breakfast opens, so the buffet line can get backed up quickly. This is likely because many people at the hotel have early trains departing from the station nearby.

Very nice hotel! Easy to check in and check out ~ location is near matsumoto station! Have a parking lot nearby hotel. Recommended!!

Hotel room was big for Japan’s standard, had space to open up two luggages down flat! Pretty clean and has all the basic necessities you need

The staff are really nice and supportive. Room is very clean. Lots of menu for breakfast. Self check-in/out but very easy. Very close to tram and JR station.

The location is very close to Kumamoto station and there is a big mall nearby. Room size is good enough and the car park is right next to it. So it is very convenient if you rent a car to travel around

The front desk staff was good and he could speak good English. Very polite. The breakfast is good enough as it is free.

It is very convenient that I chose to stay another night. The check in for non members are after 4pm tho.

Amazing location , great rooms , amazing beds . So many options for food and restaurants. The concierge team is amazing, they help you with everything that u need.
