I also really liked the hot springs ♨️. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and were delicious!
On New Year's Day, they even served zenzai and kinako mochi.
After checking out, we got a free ticket to the nearby bathhouse (Agannasse), where we enjoyed the open-air bath and rock sauna until after 3pm. I went with my daughter, and she also said it was a nice change of pace and she really enjoyed it. 😊

Family 6 I was able to spend a relaxing time with ample space to stay with people. The ceiling was high and open, the interior was fashionable, and the children were happy with the loft. I didn't get lost in the location because I was able to enter the parking lot immediately from National Highway 3. 0 Even after the time, there is a traffic sound of the car (3 line is like that), but we were tired of playing and fell asleep, so we didn't mind.

First of all, the building itself is very dark and there is no light on the outer stairs, so it is a little scary impression.
It is a creepy impression of less 〜.
But the room was very large and the interior was good.
However, the air conditioner was not very good because the wall was thin, and when the temperature was raised and the strong wind was made, it was quite dry this time.
The road is right in front of you, so the sound of the car echoes quite indoors at night. And when buses and trucks pass, the building itself shakes every time like an earthquake. So I can't sleep very well at night. . .
Overall, it looks clean, but there are hair in the bathroom and washroom, and if you lay a futon and sleep, you will be stabbed by mites. . . So I want you to think of it as color 々, such as using a mites sheet.
And the projector that the child was looking forward to was displayed as ”no signal” and could not be seen at all.
This time, I tried to use it because there is a projector close to the Civic Hall, so the child will be happy, but I will not use it anymore.
It may be nice to be close to other stations and newly built
Anyway, I thought it was 〜 because the building itself was old and dark, but it was quite disappointing.

AannaxureHas a great stay and will be back. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of the shopping mall and next to train station. Parking is just in b1 and the hotel will give you discount when parking in b1 which cost only 1.000 yen for overnight parking. The room is nice and super comfy to stay. The staffs are all so attentive and friendly.

GGuest UserWe booked a four bedroom. Layout is thoughtfully designed with separated toilet and cleaning areas for family. Room is clean and new. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing to be mindful is the spa and breakfast can be very busy. Highly recommended for this hotel.
MMINGYEUNGClean, efficient rooms and a relaxing bath made for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the direct, rain-free entrance. It's a practical, well-located choice, offering good value and friendly service. Ideal for a short trip.
CchanThe hotel is very modern and is in great condition. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spacious by Japan standards. The design is clean and very contemporary. Just around the corner from the walking street and new shopping mall and bus station. A few stations from the main train station on the tram. Highly recommended.
BBao QuocGood location, 2 minute walk to Sakuramachi Bus Station for long distance bus or city bus and also near tram station for city roaming. The kumamoto is easily accessed with a 10 minute walk. The room size and amenities are standard and clean.
GGuest UserThe soundproofing is not good. Although everyone has a separate cubicle, there is no separate locker area, so the noise of people taking things is very loud. The front desk staff does not speak English very well. When I checked in on the second night, the front desk staff told me that someone who claimed to be my friend took my room key, which was quite scary. Later I found out that this person was the resident next door, but I didn't know her at all.
GGuest UserI honestly do not know where to start, I booked the hotel without really knowing much about Kumamoto Prefecture. After arriving in Kumamoto City and then realising Ueki Onsen is another 40 minute bus ride I was thinking oh dear where am I staying. After arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the manager of the hotel who showed me to my room and gave me a tour of the facilities. Once settled in I realised there isn't great public transport around and I primarily wanted to see Beppu and Yufuin during my stay, I enquired with the manager on where I might be able to rent a car, with little to no Japanese language under my belt he took it upon himself to reserve a vehicle for me and offered to drive me himself to collect it. He then also said he would take me back to return it a few days later. After my trips to Beppu and Yufui village (Not to be missed) and not to miss the outstanding and beautiful surroundings in Uekimachi and the Aso region. The manager and I set off to return my hire car, on the way back he took me to Kikuchi shrine to pray and also gifted me coffee and cake. They also accommodated me with use of the on site onsen (amazing) after hours as I'm heavily tattooed. I feel truly grateful to have found this hidden gem of rural Japan and if you are thinking of traveling this great country I emplore you to go off the beaten path. I experienced untold kindness during my stay and have memories of a life time. Thank you so much guys
