Kuching Hotels with Airport pickup service

Massive renovation. Stay here if you looking for location and attractive hotel rate. Early check in possible if available. Late check out up to 6pm is MYR150. Reception. on 21st floor. Breakfast on 22nd floor. Amenities nothing much. Room was spacious. Showering water pressure very hard. Breakfast spread was varied and tasty. Location was within walking distance to attractions.

Check-in was grand; reception was friendly and efficient. The room and kitchen was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We have all toiletries provided with extra towels & pillows. The master bedroom has a clean bath-tub. Toilets are clean; they don't smell like Merdeka Palace; that's the most important thing. But we were very disappointed with the breakfast: lack of variety, not enough seats; we have to wait for our turn to eat. Also not a proper place to eat. I would come again but will not take the breakfast package.

Overall experience was good. The family enjoyed the stay. But there's room for improvement.. We were given a room facing the back yard of the building even though we booked a room facing the pool. I did ask for change but was told all rooms were already occupied, even though we were amongst the earliest to check in and many others came later after us but given room facing the pool.

Excellent stay. The hotel is well located (few minutes from the riverbank) and close to a lot of restaurants , shops , supermarkets. The staff is lovely and the rooms is cosy , clean and it has all what is needed. I would stay there again

This hotel location very suitable for me as nearby have local wet market (Pasar) & good foods in walking distance. Breakfast choice good enough, i recommend their sarawak laksa and half boiled egg.

The hotel is old and long overdue for a lick of paint. The bathroom towel rack fell, the nighstand controls also fell, the hotel key card stopped working a few times causing me to return to the reception multple times to get a new key card. Got a pretty sad view of the neighbouring building’s wall as well. Despite all this, basic toileteries were provided & it’s in the middle of town. However, there were many other hotels nearby which looked a lot nicer & were cheaper, so the location perk isn’t really outstanding.

The best hotel ever! Came with little to no expectations, I left with a happy and satisfied heart. If you're young and adventurous this hotel is definitely for you! Located in the heart of the city, it's only 2 mins walking distance to the waterfront. They also have a lot of other attractions nearby, all walking distances! Despite it's small, cozy size, the hotel provides good amenities / facilities such as shampoo, body shower, hair dryer, free breakfast (for every guests!), pool, and more! The only con with the hotel is the stairs. You'll be climbing up flight of stairs to get up to the hotel and to the room, it can be a bit tiring, especially for the elderly. They do have a private parking spot behind the hotel building, accessible through the church behind. Other than that, my stay have been nothing but amazing!

Room ok, good enough for 1 pax, but got that weird unpleasant smell in hotel corridor, maybe due to the humidity 🤧. Breakfast is good, not many options provided but still enough to fuel your body for 1 day trip around Kuching. Location is walkable distance within the river. Overall, highly recommend if looking for budget place to stay.

A very nice and special concept of living in a concrete tube. We had an external bathroom which made it more comfortable in the sleeping area. The terrain is very green and clean. The two pools are well prepared but the outdoor lounges should be cleaned up and preserved in a better way. Especially before or/and after rain they should be stored or treated to avoid mold. The staff is very friendly and helpful f.e. with pickup service. Only days with lots of people they where kind of overwhelmed. The breakfast should be better controlled and refilled in time. The gym is conditionally useable. The treadmill is broken, the saddle of the spinning bike is not adjustable.

The location was convenient and accessible to stores and nearby recreational areas. The space was homy and quiet with cute cats around. The host was also very accomodating. 👌
