I had the most incredible stay.. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The dining experience was another highlight. They served some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had, with a great variety of options catering to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained pool, a fully equipped gym, and a serene spa. Every area of the property exuded elegance and attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding team. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. As soon as we enter the resort, the waiter will deliver the luggage to the room where we are staying. We will also wear a bracelet, which is also the room card and the pass to enter the resort. The guest room is in a wooden house, 21 square meters, very small, one side is by the sea, and the other side is by the wooden house. The scenery outside is very good. I was woken up by the birds in the morning, and it took less than three minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. The environment of the resort is very good. There are four restaurants in total, and there is another restaurant on the beach. We usually eat in the main restaurant. The beach restaurant needs to be booked in advance on the mobile phone. We were lucky to go there twice. The resort has a large open-air swimming pool, which is divided into several pools for children and adults. You need to wait in line to take a small train to the beach restaurant for sailboats and rubber boats. There are Chinese waiters in almost all areas from the front desk to the restaurant, and they are very friendly to Chinese. There is no language barrier, nice! There are custody for children from a few years old to teenagers, and adults can secretly give themselves a vacation here. Because it is all-inclusive here, the consumption of less than 7,000 for 3 nights, plus all kinds of services, it is still highly recommended. I will definitely come here for vacation if I have the opportunity.

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.

She was incredibly helpful, providing useful tips about the area and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub that made for the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring. The view was absolutely breathtaking—an uninterrupted vista of the ocean that I could enjoy all day long. The hotel also offers free access to the beach, which was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The location is ideal, situated in a central area with easy access to local attractions, yet still offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. Everything is good, about Swiss Belhotel Kuantan; most importantly the breakfast buffet was a good spread with a variety of dishes and affordable price.Another plus is that the beach is just behind the hotel. Finally, appreciation goes to Puan Amy at the reception who made the stay worthwhile as she was very accomodative. She changed my room from the 12th floor to 26th floor in which the view was breahtaking. Good location too.

I just knew AC by Marriot was previously known as Vistana Hotel. Place is very clean, the deco looks very luxurious yet neat & super straightforward. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast options could be better as I believe the variation is not that extensive as compared to other hotels, but its decent enough for me & my wife.

If you can easily doze off, then the bedding is of great quality. The feel of a proper 4 star hotel room, with very decent smell, the room was highly satisfactory for a solo trip on business. Con. (1) Makan (meal) a bit susah (difficult). But having said that, the closest kopitiam hardly 2 kms away, Kemaman Kopitiam. (2) suburb Pros. (1) Nice room. (2) Easy to get in and out - Parking is like at your own house (except you have to be a bit patient if there's another car in the way).
