It was a pleasant stay here at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan, the check-in & check-out process were smooth, the studio room was large, the beds were comfy & cozy enough, the room was clean and we were satisfied with all the amenities provided. The hotel was located near the beach so you can totally enjoy the beautiful view from the poolside. My son loves the mini waterslide there, the breakfast was okay though we think the hotel can improve the variety of it. Free shared parking with the reaidence building. And you will need to prepare deposit of RM100 in cash/CC with RM3 tax.

Room is cozy, nice beds.. 1 queen n 1 single.. pools are awesome.. it is the best thing here.. toilet needs more scrubbing.. beautiful kitchen.. but the sink is too high for kids.. handle of shower is loose..

Feedback: very clean, comfy, cozy place to stay, price reasonable, valuable and worth it, quite a good place to chill with nice view here, just a little suggestion, can provide bed sheet for the extra mattress, or maybe we can't find it, but overall is satisfying, keep going on maintaining such a wonderful homestay! I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff here are extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The location is very strategic, with plenty of dining options just outside the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and its design was both modern and appealing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I think staying at this hotel is truly worth it. I would definitely return if given the chance.

The hotel is very big just the housekeeper don't have much time to deep clean .the hotel toilet full with hairs ..pls ask the housekeeper to maintain the toilet bowl too. Hope there is govt rate for govt servants
